works fine, just not what i expected
The phone works okay and the screen is in decent condition. Camera is fine for everyday stuff. My issue is the battery doesn't seem to last as long as advertised — I'm getting maybe a day of light use before needing to charge. For the price, I thought I'd get something with better longevity. It's serviceable but nothing special.
device arrived completely dead
Recieved the phone and it won't turn on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Called support and they said it should have passed their 32-point inspection but clearly didn't. Waste of money and now dealing with warranty claim process which is frustrating.
battery died within two weeks
Recieved the phone in decent shape but the battery started dropping to 0% after maybe 10 days of normal use. The listing said 85% health but it clearly wasn't. Tried to contact support but the process was slow. Disappointed since I was counting on the warranty to actually cover this.
