works fine, but battery drains quick
Got the 256GB in good condition. Phone itself feels solid and the screen is clean. Main issue is the battery only holds a charge for maybe 6-7 hours of normal use. The listing said 85% health but it feels lower. Not terrible for the price, just means I'm tethered to a charger most days.
works perfectly despite the marks
Bought this in fair condition expecting some cosmetic wear, and yeah, there's visible scratches on the back. That said, the phone itself runs smooth, camera is sharp, and battery holds up well. For the price I paid versus buying new, can't complain. Warranty gives me peace of mind too.
wrong model shipped to me
Ordered an S20 and got a different model entirely. I don't even know what I have because the box was damaged. Contacted support three times. First response took 4 days. They blamed the warehouse. The phone itself might be fine but I didn't want this model. Haven't bothered with the return because it's too much hassle. Really disappointed with the whole experience.
screen glitches are a problem
Listed as excellent but I'm getting weird flickering in the top corner when the brightness is low. Battery percentage seems off too—says 89% but drains faster than my old phone did. The 32-point inspection they mention didn't catch these issues. Device works most of the time, but it's frustrating. Considering using the warranty.

Compré este S20 hace un mes. Aunque la pantalla tiene algunos rasguños pequeños como dice la descripción (fair condition), el teléfono funciona sin problemas. La batería anda en 80%, que está bien para un aparato usado. Lo que me sorprendió fue la rapidez de entrega—llegó en menos de 24 horas. Por lo que pagué, es un muy buen celular. Nada que quejarme realmente.

DOA, never turned on
Reçu le 128GB hier. N'a jamais voulu démarrer. Écran noir, rien. J'ai essayé le charger toute la nuit, pas de signe de vie. J'attends la réponse du service pour le retour mais c'est décourageant pour une première fois acheter du reconditionné.
correct mais pas spectaculaire
J'ai acheté ce S20 128GB en condition passable et c'est à peu près ça qu'on reçoit. L'écran fonctionne bien, mais il y a quelques rayures qu'on voit quand c'est blanc. La batterie tient la journée, rien de fou. Pour le prix comparé à neuf, c'est raisonnable. Pas déçu, mais pas émerveillé non plus.
