does everything it should
Got the 128GB model in good condition. There's a tiny mark on the back I barely notice. Battery lasts a full day easy, performance is snappy, 5G works. For the price point this hits different compared to other retailers.

Listed as fair but some of the scratches on the back are more than I bargained for — they're pretty visible in bright light. Phone does work fine, no issues with performance or the screen. Just felt like the photos on the site didn't show the full extent of the wear. Decent device but the cosmetic condition let me down.

Le téléphone a arrivé avec un écran fissuré malgré la boîte qui semblait intacte. J'ai contacté BestMobileCanada tout de suite mais le processus de réclamation a traîné. Trois jours plus tard, toujours pas de réponse. La garantie d'un an ne sert pas à grand chose si personne ne répond. Vraiment frustrant.
solid upgrade for the price
Was nervous about ordering pre-owned but this 256GB arrived in great shape. Battery health is at 89%, which is what the listing promised. The screen is basically flawless. Spent about 40% less than a new one would cost and got the same performance. No complaints so far — been using it for three weeks without issues.
fair condition but honest about it
I knew what fair meant before ordering and this phone delivered on that expectation. There are some visible marks on the back and a light scratch on the side, but nothing that affects how it works. 256GB gives me plenty of space. Battery's at 83%. Pretty happy with this S21 Plus. The 256GB storage is plenty and the phone runs smoothly, no issues with performance. Screen looks good despite being marked as fair condition. Only complaint is it took 3 days to arrive instead of the promised 24 hours, but the warranty gives me peace of mind.

Knew I was getting the 'fair' condition variant so I wasn't expecting mint. Couple of light scratches visible on the back but they're not deep. Phone itself runs smooth, no lag, battery's solid. For the price I paid versus a new S21 Plus, this is the right call for me.

First time I've bought a pre-owned phone and I was nervous about it.
