took forever to arrive, battery dying
Ordered the 256GB model and it took 4 days to get here even though they promise 24 hours. When it finally showed up, the battery was already at 76% and drops fast under load. the phone itself looks good condition-wise but I'm frustrated with the whole experience. Not sure if I'll use the warranty or just return it.
disappointed with the 64GB fair
Paid for the 64GB in fair condition and got it three days after ordering—delivery wasn't as quick as promised. More annoying: battery health is already down to 79%, which feels worse than the 'fair' description would suggest. The phone works but if I'd known the battery situation upfront, I would've passed. It's usable but I'm frustrated with how fast it drains.

Compré el iPhone XR de 64GB en condición 'good' hace tres semanas. La batería se está descargando muy rápido, mucho más rápido de lo que esperaba. La descripción decía que estaba en buena forma pero después de dos semanas ya notaba que la batería baja a 20% en media hora de uso normal. El teléfono funciona, pero la batería es el problema principal. Decepcionado con esto.
solid phone for the price
Bought this 128GB model and was honestly surprised how clean it came. Screen looks practically new, battery's sitting at 89% which is way better than the listing said it might be. Shipping took less than 24 hours and the whole inspection thing actually gave me peace of mind — felt like they actually checked it properly. For what I paid versus a new one, this hits different. The 1-year warranty doesn't hurt either. No complaints so far.

J'ai reçu le 64GB en condition 'good' et j'en suis satisfait. Le téléphone fonctionne très bien, pas de lag, l'écran est correct. Y'a quelques égratignures mais rien de grave pour le prix. La batterie se tient à 85-86%, ce qui est normal pour un téléphone d'occasion. Livraison rapide, garantie d'un an incluse. C'est un bon achat pour quelqu'un qui veut un iPhone sans débourser le gros prix.

J'ai commandé le 128GB en excellent condition et le téléphone est arrivé en parfait état. L'écran est magnifique, vraiment aucune marque. La batterie tient bien toute la journée, c'est ce que je cherchais. L'inspection des 32 points semble avoir été faite correctement. C'est beaucoup moins cher que neuf et ça vaut vraiment la peine. Très content du service et de la garantie d'un an.
solid phone, visibly used but works great
Got the 256GB in fair condition and honestly, it's exactly what I expected. You can see some scuffs on the frame and the back has a couple of marks, but nothing that bothers me. Battery's holding at 87%, screen is crisp, and it arrived the next day. For the price difference versus buying new, this was the right call.
battery was worse than listed
Ordered this 64GB fair condition phone and got it quickly, but the battery health came in at 78% — the listing said 82-85%. It still works, but I was disappointed. The phone itself looks beat up as expected for fair condition, lots of visible marks on the back. For the price I paid, I expected the specs to match.

J'ai acheté le modèle 256GB et c'est vraiment pas mal. L'appareil a l'air neuf, aucune marque visible. La batterie tient bien, l'écran est net. Livraison rapide en 24h. Je recommande fortement pour quelqu'un qui veut économiser sur un iPhone solide.
works but doesn't feel like excellent
The 64GB model showed up in good shape visually, no major cosmetic issues. But for 'excellent' condition, I found small micro-scratches on the back under certain lighting that seem like they should've been flagged. It works fine functionally. Just feels like there's a gap between what 'excellent' means to them and what I'd call it. Still usable, still decent for the price.
