Compré este Galaxy A16 con cierto nerviosismo porque era mi primer teléfono reacondicionado. Llegó en perfecto estado, sin marcas visibles, y la batería funciona muy bien. El almacenamiento de 256GB es exactamente lo que necesitaba. El proceso fue rápido y transparente. Definitivamente volvería a comprar aquí.
works great, minor cosmetic stuff
Pretty happy with this purchase. The phone itself runs smooth, good processor for the price, and the 256GB gives me plenty of storage. Only minor thing is there's a small scratch on the lower left corner that wasn't super obvious in the listing photos, but honestly it doesn't affect anything. Battery's holding up well. Shipped quickly and packaging was fine. Would buy from them again.

J'étais hésitant à acheter un téléphone usagé, mais celui-ci m'a vraiment impressionné. Malgré la condition "fair", l'appareil fonctionne parfaitement — l'écran n'a aucune rayure et la batterie tient bien. Les 256GB me donnent de l'espace pour ce que j'ai besoin. Livraison rapide et le service à la clientèle a répondu à mes questions. Très satisfait.
works fine, but battery drains quick
Got the 256GB version and it arrived in good shape like they said. Phone itself is responsive and the screen looks clean. Only issue is the battery doesn't hold a charge as long as I'd hoped — I'm getting maybe 60% of a full day with moderate use. For the price it's still decent, but I expected better from the "good" condition rating.
decent but some cosmetic wear
The phone works fine — no software issues, 128GB is enough for my needs. The "fair" condition was accurate; there are some light scratches on the back and the frame has a couple of marks. Nothing affects performance. Just wish the listing showed photos of the actual damage so I knew what to expect. Still usable, just not as pristine as I'd have liked.
battery died within a week
Ordered the A16 in fair condition thinking I'd save money. Device arrived with visible scratches as described, but the battery started dropping like crazy—wouldn't hold a charge past 40% after 3 days of light use. Contacted support and they said the battery test showed 78%, which doesn't match reality. Frustrating because the 32-point inspection supposedly caught this stuff.

Acheté ce Galaxy A16 en condition "excellent" et je peux confirmer que c'est vraiment le cas. L'appareil est impeccable, pas une égratignure nulle part. La batterie tient toute la journée sans problème. Les 128GB suffisent pour mes besoins quotidiens. Comparé aux prix des neufs, c'est vraiment un bon deal. La garantie d'un an m'a donné confiance pour mon achat.
batterie faible, dommage
reçu rapidement mais la batterie était à 68% comme indiqué. Après quelques jours, elle s'est dégradée encore plus. Le téléphone en lui-même n'est pas mauvais — l'écran fonctionne, 128GB c'est correct — mais une batterie qui dure à peine 4 heures m'a vraiment déçu. J'aurais aimé une batterie en meilleur état pour ce prix.
solid everyday phone, great price
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this arrived in good shape. Screen's clean, no dead pixels. Been using it for three weeks now and it handles my apps and photos fine. Battery lasts a full day with moderate use. The warranty gave me peace of mind. Compared to buying new, I saved over $200 and got basically the same experience.
funciona bien pero con marcas
compré el Galaxy A16 en condición "fair" y sabía que vendría con algunos rasguños. La pantalla funciona perfectamente, sin pixeles muertos. La batería no es excelente—baja rápido si uso mucho—pero es aceptable para el precio que pagué. El teléfono hace lo que necesito: mensajes, fotos, redes sociales. La garantía de un año me da tranquilidad. Por lo menos ahorré dinero comparado con uno nuevo.
