excellent condition, great value
Honestly impressed with how clean this phone looks. No scratches, screen has no marks, and it feels practically new. The 32GB is tight if you use lots of apps but manageable. Battery's holding strong at 89% health. Way cheaper than buying new and you can't tell the difference. Warranty gives peace of mind too.
solid phone for the price
Got this A21 a few days ago and honestly it's been solid so far. Screen is clean, phone runs smooth, and the 128GB gives me plenty of space. I was worried about buying pre-owned but the inspection report they provided was detailed. Came with the charger too which was nice. For under $200 this is a good deal.
Dead battery, won't turn on
J'ai reçu le téléphone hier et il ne s'allume tout simplement pas. La batterie était complètement morte et aucune charge ne fonctionne. J'ai contacté le support mais attendre une semaine pour un remplacement, c'est pas idéal quand on paie pour un appareil qui devrait fonctionner.
does what it needs to
It's a decent phone. The 32GB storage is enough for my use, camera's fine, battery gets me through a day without issues. My one complaint is the screen has a few light scratches that the listing should've mentioned — they don't affect use but I wasn't expecting them at this price point. Still happy with the purchase overall.
surprised how good this is
Was skeptical buying refurbished for the first time but this changed my mind. The A21 is snappy, screen looks great with no dead pixels, and the 32GB is enough for what I need. parfait pour remplacer mon ancien
Mon ancien téléphone a rendu l'âme et j'avais pas un gros budget. Celui-ci est arrivé en bon état même si la condition était marquée 'fair'—quelques égratignures mineures sur les côtés mais rien qui m'écoeure. L'écran est beau, ça marche bien. 128GB c'est amplement. Satisfait de mon achat.

Knew I was getting 'fair' condition so the scuffs on the back don't bother me. What matters is the 128GB storage and performance, and both are solid. Battery sits around 88%, fast enough for daily use. Better value than I expected considering the warranty covers me for a year. Happy with this purchase.
battery died after two weeks
Arrived in excellent condition physically, but the battery health was way below what was listed. Started at maybe 60% capacity, died completely after 14 days. Contacted support and they honored the warranty, but it's been three weeks waiting for replacement. Feel like I got unlucky with this unit.

Device had some visible wear on the back but it's exactly what the 'fair' condition listing said. Battery holds a decent charge, camera works fine, and nothing's broken. Showed up in two days. I'm using it as a backup phone and it's doing the job without complaints.

Acheté il y a deux semaines. Le téléphone marche très bien, l'écran est propre, et la batterie se comporte bien. Y'avait quelques petites marques sur le boîtier mais rien de dramatique pour le prix. Livraison rapide, garantie d'un an incluse. Je recommande pas mal ce vendeur.
