Their inspection claimed 85% but it's clearly lower. Still within the one-year warranty window but annoying. The 32-point inspection apparently missed this one.

doa and customer service ghosted
Phone arrived dead. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't power on. The 32-point inspection apparently missed that. Tried reaching BestMobileCanada three times over a week—no response. The warranty supposedly covers this, but I can't activate a claim if nobody answers. Extremely frustrating experience.
impressed with condition and speed
Showed up the next day which was wild. The 256GB unit looks almost untouched — minimal signs of use. Screen is bright, speakers are decent, and the battery report showed 91% capacity. Contacted support and they're handling it, but this soured the whole experience. Took 3 days to arrive too.
