no issues after two months
Was nervous about my first pre-owned phone purchase but BestMobileCanada's inspection process seems legit. 256GB version arrived in good shape, no dead pixels, camera works as expected. The warranty gives peace of mind even though I haven't needed it. happy with the value.

Compré el modelo de 128GB en condición excelente. La pantalla se ve perfecta y la cámara toma fotos claras. El problema es que la batería se comporta raro—a veces dura todo el día, otros días no. Quizás necesita recalibrarse. No sé si es un defecto o solo cómo es este teléfono. En general funciona, pero esperaba más consistencia por el precio.
battery died after two weeks
Arrived in good physical condition like the listing said, but the battery health was way lower than advertised. Got maybe 4 hours of use before it shut down completely. Tried charging multiple times—nothing. Contacted support and they took forever to process the warranty claim. Frustrating because everything else about the phone seemed fine.

The listing said 92% health but it's definitely not holding that. Asked support about the warranty and got a runaround. Disappointed because the phone itself felt solid otherwise.

Recibí el teléfono en perfecto estado y llegó en menos de 24 horas. No esperaba tanta velocidad. El A53 se ve y funciona como nuevo. Los 256GB de almacenamiento son más que suficientes para mis necesidades. Después de usarlo dos semanas, la batería sigue fuerte. Sinceramente, por el precio que pagué, es increíble. Estoy muy contento con la compra.
pretty solid, minor screen issue
Been using this for about a month now. The phone is fast, camera quality is really good, and the battery gets me through a full day without stressing. There's a small hairline scratch on the top edge of the screen that I noticed after a week—it doesn't affect functionality and was probably just missed during the inspection. For the price point, can't complain much.

The phone runs well enough and does what I need it to do. Display and performance are solid. That said, there are some light scratches on the frame that weren't super obvious in the photos, and the charger wasn't included even though the listing said fair condition usually comes with basics. Still usable, just feels like something was off with the listing.

Reçu rapidement et le téléphone fonctionne vraiment bien. L'écran est beau, pas de rayures visibles. Mon seul reproche c'est que la batterie affiche 82% au lieu des 85-90% attendus pour le grade "bon état". Sinon, c'est une bonne valeur comparé aux prix neufs.

Picked up the 128GB A53 in good condition and it's been reliable so far. Screen looks clean, battery holds up through a full day. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call.

The Galaxy A53 is a solid device—screen looks great, performance is snappy, and I haven't had any issues with it. Battery life is decent too. Only thing that bugged me was it took 3 days to arrive instead of the promised 24 hours, and it came without a USB cable. Still happy with it overall though.
