vraiment satisfait de mon achat
J'avais peur d'acheter un téléphone usagé, mais le S10 5G que j'ai reçu m'a surpris agréablement. L'écran est impeccable, aucune rayure. La batterie affiche 89%, c'est solide. L'emballage était bien sécurisé et tout est arrivé en bon état. Pour le prix, c'est une excellente affaire comparé à neuf. La garantie d'un an me rassure.
dead on arrival, very disappointed
Phone arrived and wouldn't turn on. I tried charging it for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they said I needed to follow some reset procedure, but honestly it should have been tested before shipping. Still hasn't worked and the warranty process has been slow. Really regret not just buying new.
bon téléphone, marques attendues
J'ai acheté le S10 5G en condition «fair» et j'étais un peu stressé, mais honnêtement c'est parfait pour le prix. L'écran fonctionne super bien même avec quelques petites rayures. La batterie tient la journée sans problème. Pour quelqu'un qui veut un flagship sans payer le prix neuf, c'est difficile à battre.

Bought this knowing it'd have wear and tear — 512GB fair condition. Back has some scratches, corners dinged up a bit. But the important stuff works: screen's good, battery at 88%, all functions solid. Saved enough money vs. new that I'm not bothered by the cosmetic stuff. Warranty's solid too.
512GB unit, zero issues
Arrived in 24 hours like they promised. Phone's in basically perfect condition — screen is flawless, no dings on the frame. Battery sitting at 94%. The 32-point inspection they mention actually happened, you can tell. At this price versus buying new, it's hard to complain. Warranty gives peace of mind.
battery drains faster than expected

Got the S10 5G and it works perfectly. Screen is sharp, camera is solid. Only thing is it took about 36 hours to arrive instead of the advertised 24h window. Still happy with the price compared to buying new.
Great phone, way less than retail
Honest assessment: I paid way less than a new one and got pretty much the same phone. The 512GB is plenty of space, and despite the fair condition rating, the back and sides look fine to me. Battery's at 88%. Showed up in two days. No complaints here.
