it works, but not pristine
The 128GB in good condition is a bit of a mixed bag. Battery's at 85% which is fine, but there's a noticeable scratch on the lower left of the screen that bugs me occasionally. It functions perfectly otherwise. Would've appreciated knowing about that scratch upfront.
pristine condition, great deal
This S21 arrived in excellent shape. The display is crystal clear with no visible damage, and the body looks almost new. Battery health at 92% is impressive. At this price point compared to buying new, it's a no-brainer. The one-year warranty made me feel secure about the purchase. Everything works exactly as it should.
fair condition, still looks great
Bought this with some hesitation since it was listed as fair, but honestly the screen is basically flawless and the few marks on the back aren't even noticeable in normal use. Battery's holding steady at 89%. Saved myself a couple hundred bucks versus new and got the warranty, so I'm pretty satisfied.
wasn't what the listing showed
Ordered the 256GB in fair condition and recieved it in worse shape than the photos suggested. Several deep scratches on the frame, and when I ran the diagnostics the battery health was only 76%. The phone works, but the listing undersold how worn this device actually is. Should've just saved up for something newer at this point.
no complaints so far
Grabbed the 256GB good condition model and it's been solid. Showed up on time, phone looks almost new with just minor marks underneath. Battery's at 92%, runs smooth. No dead pixels, no weird glitches. Good value compared to dropping $1200 on a fresh one from a carrier.

Honestly impressed. The 128GB good variant had minor cosmetic marks on the back like they said, but the phone functions perfectly. Battery at 87%, screen's pristine. Saves you a lot compared to a new S21 and the warranty gives peace of mind.
practically new s21
picked this up last month and there's literally nothing to fault. no cosmetic damage that i can see, battery health is 89%, and the phone just flies through everything i throw at it. the packaging was still sealed properly. better deal than any carrier was offering me.
solid upgrade for the cost
Was hesitant about buying pre-owned but this Galaxy S21 in good condition turned out to be exactly what I needed. No major cosmetic issues, battery's healthy at 88%, and it's noticeably cheaper than a new model. The 256GB gives me plenty of storage. Can't complain for what I paid.
bon téléphone mais batterie décevante
L'appareil est en très bon état cosmétiquement, l'écran est clean et la livraison a été rapide. Par contre, la batterie donne seulement 82% selon leur rapport d'inspection — c'est correct mais moins qu'annoncé. Ça marche bien pour ma journée normale, mais je m'attendais à mieux pour un modèle « excellent ».
