Got the 128GB model in good condition. There's a tiny mark on the back I barely notice. Battery lasts a full day easy, performance is snappy, 5G works. For the price point this hits different compared to other retailers.

Le téléphone a arrivé avec un écran fissuré malgré la boîte qui semblait intacte. J'ai contacté BestMobileCanada tout de suite mais le processus de réclamation a traîné. Trois jours plus tard, toujours pas de réponse. La garantie d'un an ne sert pas à grand chose si personne ne répond. Vraiment frustrant.
solid upgrade for the price
Was nervous about ordering pre-owned but this 256GB arrived in great shape. Battery health is at 89%, which is what the listing promised. The screen is basically flawless. Spent about 40% less than a new one would cost and got the same performance. No complaints so far — been using it for three weeks without issues.
fair condition but honest about it
I knew what fair meant before ordering and this phone delivered on that expectation. There are some visible marks on the back and a light scratch on the side, but nothing that affects how it works. 256GB gives me plenty of space. Battery's at 83%. Knew I was getting the 'fair' condition variant so I wasn't expecting mint. Couple of light scratches visible on the back but they're not deep. Phone itself runs smooth, no lag, battery's solid. For the price I paid versus a new S21 Plus, this is the right call for me.
