BestMobileCanada — BMC to friends — started in a basement in Quebec City. For seven years, we supplied the biggest pre-owned phone platforms in North America. In 2024, we decided to cut out the middleman. The result: the same phones, the same 3-month defect warranty plus prepaid return label, often 5 to 25% less than the marketplaces.

Radical honesty
No iPhone 11 sold as 'like new'. Every device is graded, tested and described with its real flaws. If we wouldn't give it to our own mother, we don't sell it.

BMC Wholesale is born
Three friends start a small repair workshop in Quebec City. Demand explodes — we specialize in B2B inspection.
- 2019
North American partnerships
BMC becomes one of the main Canadian suppliers for platforms like Reebelo, Back Market and several major retailers. Thousands of devices processed every year.
- 2022
New workshop in Quebec City
We move into a 6,200 sq. ft. facility with a Phonecheck-certified test station, a battery calibration line, and an antistatic room for microsoldering.
- 2024
BestMobileCanada launches
We open our doors to the public. Same devices, same warranties (3 months + prepaid return label on defects), but without the platform markup: often less than the marketplaces, carrier picked by the customer at checkout.
Inspected here, not on the other side of the world.
Every device we sell goes through our workshop in Quebec City. We run the 32-point Phonecheck diagnostic, replace the battery when needed, do ultrasonic cleaning, final QC and packaging.
That means we control what leaves our hands, and a warranty claim is settled right here in Quebec City in 5 business days — not in New Jersey.
