3-month defect warranty — and we pay the return label.
Every BMC phone is covered for 3 months (90 days) from the delivery date on material defects: screen, charging port, manufacturing defects. The battery is inspected and guaranteed above its grade's floor at purchase time (Excellent ≥ 85%, Good/Fair ≥ 80%), but natural battery wear after delivery is not covered. On a covered defect we provide a prepaid return label. No hidden fees, no deductible, no $79 'handling charge'.

What's covered
If something stops working the way it should — and it's not your fault — it's ours.
Manufacturing defects
Any internal defect (motherboard, speaker, sensor, Face ID, Touch ID) that shows up during the coverage period.
Faulty screen
Dead pixels, unresponsive touch zones, OLED defects, or panel separation — covered for 3 months.
Charging port & connectors
Lightning, USB-C or MagSafe ports that won't charge, faulty headphone jack, sticky physical buttons.
What's not covered
We'd rather be clear up front. Here's what falls outside the warranty.
Water damage
IP ratings gradually lose effectiveness over time. Our warranty does not cover liquid damage.
Drops & impacts
Cracked screens, bent frames, broken backs — the result of a drop or impact — not covered.
Theft or loss
For theft and loss, we recommend a home insurance policy with a mobile add-on.
Software & jailbreak
System modifications (jailbreak, root, custom ROM) void the warranty on related components.
Cosmetic wear
Light micro-scratches on the screen or frame that appear with normal use.

We email you a prepaid label
On a covered defect: prepaid Canada Post return label by email within 24 business hours. You pay nothing for the return.
Workshop diagnostic
Reception, full testing and repair or replacement at our Quebec City facility.
Back to you in 5 business days
We send the repaired device (or an equivalent) back to you with email updates at every step.
