30-day return policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return your phone, for any reason. The only condition: the device comes back in a condition comparable to delivery, with every accessory included.

Before you send: turn off Find My iPhone / Find My Device, sign out of iCloud or your Google account, and remove the physical SIM card. Otherwise, we'll have to send it back to you.

Reception, check of condition and verification of full wipe (eSIM, iCloud, Google).
