fair condition, fair price
Got some visible scratches on the sides and screen has a small mark near the corner, but it's all cosmetic and didn't bother me since I knew the condition going in. Everything works smoothly. Battery holds up fine. Not perfect but honest about what you're getting.
good phone, shipping took longer
Works really well for the price. Camera zoom is solid, battery lasts a full day. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the delivery took 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours, which was annoying since I needed it sooner.

Got the Fair condition model and yeah, there's definitely some scuffs on the back and a small nick on the bezel. Wasn't expecting mint condition at this price though. Battery's holding around 82%, camera zoom is actually impressive for a phone this old, and the screen is clean. BestMobileCanada's 24-hour delivery was clutch. No regrets.
decent but battery drains fast
Picked this up as a budget option and it does the job. Screen's bright, no dead pixels. Problem is the battery percentage was listed as excellent but it drops like 20% in an hour of heavy use. Not terrible, but not what I expected given the condition rating. Still works fine for casual use though.

The phone arrived in excellent shape, screen and body look practically new. Performance is snappy and the zoom camera really does work well. My issue is the battery life — it's dropping noticeably by afternoon, and the listed capacity seems optimistic. It's still functional and the warranty gives me peace of mind, but I expected better stamina from a device listed as excellent.
best budget phone decision
Really impressed with how well this thing performs. Screen's crisp, the dual zoom works great, and the phone feels snappy even with a bunch of stuff installed. Arrived in excellent condition—looked barely used. The warranty is a nice safety net too. Can't think of anything I'd change about this purchase.

Arrived in excellent shape — I was genuinely surprised how clean it looked. The inspection really does seem thorough. Camera's sharp, performance is solid, screen has no dead pixels. Only minor complaint is the charger wasn't included in the box, but that's not a dealbreaker. Warranty is nice to have. Would buy from them again.

surprised how clean this is
Listed as fair condition so I expected some wear. Got it and honestly there's barely anything visible on the back. Battery health is solid. For the price compared to new, this was the right call. Been using it for a month now and couldn't be happier with the value.
doesn't match the listing
This was supposed to be in excellent condition but there's visible screen discoloration along the bottom edge and the back is pretty scratched up. The 32GB storage works fine, phone boots up and runs okay, but calling this 'excellent' is a stretch. For the price I paid, I expected what was described. Should've bought new.
