way better than i expected
Grabbed this 128GB Fair condition phone half-expecting some real wear and tear. Instead, I got a device with minor cosmetic marks that you barely notice once you're using it. Battery health is 85%. Everything works perfectly — calls, texts, apps, no lag. The price difference between this and new is significant enough that Fair condition made total sense for me. Been using it for three weeks with zero issues.
bought it used, zero regrets

That said, everything functions, the warranty gives me peace of mind, and I paid way less than retail. Solid deal if you're not fussy about dings and scratches. decent phone, some cosmetic wear
Got what I paid for with this one. It's a fair condition unit so there are definitely scratches and scuffs, nothing that stops it from working. The battery percentage was listed accurately. I'm using it as a backup device so I'm not upset, just not thrilled either.
really solid, just one small scratch
This 256GB arrived in excellent shape — screen is clean, body looks barely used. Only thing is there's a tiny scratch on the back near the camera that I didn't expect to see, but honestly it doesn't affect anything. Delivery was quick like they promised. battery drained faster than expected
Recieved the phone within 24 hours which was great. The 256GB Fair condition unit looked about as used as described, but the battery was already at 78% health when I tested it. After two weeks it's down to 72%. For a phone listed at that price point with a "fair" condition rating, I expected at least 82-85%. The 32-point inspection they mention didn't catch this, apparently.

Fair condition means fair condition — there are visible marks all over but the phone works. Battery's okay, screen works fine, nothing's broken. I knew what I was getting into price-wise. No complaints from me.
almost perfect, minor gripe
This 256GB excellent condition phone is genuinely in great shape. Battery at 91%, screen pristine, barely any visible marks. My only small complaint: took 3 days to arrive instead of the promised 24 hours—probably a weekend thing. And the charging cable in the box looked new but felt a bit flimsy compared to the original I had. Otherwise, super happy with the purchase and the warranty gives real peace of mind.

Received the phone and it wouldn't turn on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they said it should have passed the 32-point inspection. Felt like a waste of time and money. Not happy with this experience.
