does the job
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this phone's been reliable so far. Nothing fancy, it just works like it should. Screen has some light marks from use, which is fine for the "good" condition I chose. Battery's okay. No major complaints, but nothing spectacular either.
solid phone, shipping took longer
The HMD Pulse itself is great — runs smooth, camera's decent, and the 128GB gives plenty of storage. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when they advertise 24 hours. Still, the condition was exactly as described and the year warranty is reassuring. Would buy from them again.
decent enough, charger missing
Phone itself is solid — 128GB is plenty of space and it runs apps without lag. The condition matches what they said. My issue is the charger wasn't in the box, which the listing didn't mention. Had to buy one separately. Still a fair price, but would've been better with the charger included.
exactly what I needed
Picked this up to replace my broken phone and couldn't be happier. Battery's still at 88%, screen is pristine, and it came in the original box with all the accessories. The 32-point inspection they do actually means something — no surprises when it arrived. At this price versus buying new, it's a no-brainer.
dead battery, not worth the hassle
Arrived with maybe 20% battery health according to the test. Wouldn't hold a charge past noon even on light use. The listing said fair condition but didn't mention the battery was basically shot. Warranty covers it but getting a replacement shipped back is a pain I didn't need.

condition was better than stated
Listing said excellent but there's clearly a dent on the left side and the screen has micro-scratches I can see in sunlight. Phone works fine functionally but the cosmetic condition doesn't match "excellent" at all. Battery percentage seems accurate at least. Feels like I got oversold on the condition rating.
