battery life disappointed me
The condition report said 85% battery health but mine seems to drain faster than that in real use. Gets through maybe 14-15 hours with moderate use, whereas my previous phone did 20+. Phone itself works and looks decent for 'fair' condition, but the battery is the whole point of buying this model and it's falling short.
works great, minor cosmetic issue
Phone runs smooth and the 32-point inspection clearly caught everything. Battery health is decent. Only thing is there's a small scratch on the back I didn't notice in the photos, but honestly it doesn't bother me much. Solid value compared to retail.
arrived broken, won't power on
Ordered the excellent condition version since I was willing to pay more for reliability. Showed up in perfect cosmetic shape but won't turn on at all. Contacted support about the warranty claim but they said the battery might be completely dead and wanted me to troubleshoot first. Frustrating given the 'excellent' rating and the promise of inspection. Still waiting to hear back.
happy with this purchase
Bought this for my kid as a first phone. Fair condition means visible marks, which we expected and are fine with. It runs apps smoothly, battery lasts a full day easily, and the 1-year warranty is solid insurance. Arrived quickly and well-packaged.
not what I expected
recieved the phone and the battery was sitting at 81%, which felt lower than I'd hoped for a 'fair' condition listing. The screen has visible scratches that catch light. It works fine, but it feels like I'm getting a phone that's closer to tired than it should be at this price point. The warranty is the only reason I'm not more frustrated.

Really impressed with how fast this shipped and how well it's holding up. Yeah, there are visible marks on the case—that's fair condition—but nothing that's gotten worse or caused problems. Battery's at 88%, screen is clean, and it just works. Better deal than new at this price point.
good phone, but feels half-finished
The hardware itself is excellent—barely any visible wear, battery at 92%—but it came without a charger and the box is missing. That's odd for 'excellent' condition. Phone runs well and I haven't had crashes, but for the price I'd expect these basics included. Feels like they polished the device but cut corners on the package.
good hardware, strange bloat
The device itself is solid—excellent condition means it looks pristine, screen is flawless, build quality feels solid. But right out of the box there's a bunch of pre-loaded apps I don't want, and performance feels a bit sluggish until I cleared them out. Once cleaned up it's fine, just didn't expect that from "excellent" condition. Still works, just felt like more setup than I'd have done buying new.

exactly what i needed
