does what it says, nothing more
This phone works fine. Battery lasts a day with moderate use, display is crisp, came well-packaged. The 32-point inspection did its job — no surprises when I opened the box. But I've had it for two months and honestly it feels like a mid-range phone from two years ago, which it is. Not complaining about the condition (excellent condition was accurate), just that the Pulse Pro itself isn't that exciting. If you need something reliable and don't mind dated specs, it's fine. If you're expecting performance, look elsewhere.
Solid phone at a fair price
Picked up the 128GB version last week. Phone came packaged well, no damage. Battery health is holding at 90%, screen looks clear. Compared what I'd spend at a carrier store for new—this saves hundreds. No issues in the first week of ownership. The 1-year warranty is the real safety net here.
great budget phone, looks rougher than expected
Grabbed this as a cheap backup device and it's been perfect for that role. Fair condition meant visible wear, and yep, there's some scuffing on the edges and a light mark on the screen bezel, but nothing that affects actual use. The display works perfectly, battery holds up fine at 84%, and it handles everything I throw at it without stuttering. Shipped fast, warranty gives me breathing room, and I genuinely paid less than half what a new phone costs. Sometimes you don't need pristine — you just need something that works, and this nails it.
works fine, but why excellent?
Got the 'excellent' condition unit but honestly it looks like every other used phone I've owned. Yeah, barely any visible marks, but I'm not seeing anything that justifies paying a premium for 'excellent' over 'good.' The phone itself is fine—battery at 89%, performs as expected. Just feels like the grading might be a bit generous. Still keeps the warranty though, so that's something.
arrived in great condition
wasn't sure about buying refurbished but this thing looks basically new. minor scuffs on the edges if you look close, but the screen is pristine. runs smooth, apps load fast, no complaints really. the warranty is nice to have too.
Practical phone, good value
Been using this 128GB model for a couple weeks now. Build quality feels solid, screen's responsive, battery lasts most of a day without issues. Some light scratches on the casing but nothing that bothers me. Got a good deal compared to retail, and the warranty covers me if anything goes sideways. Would buy from them again.
Fair condition, still works great
Bought the 128GB in fair condition and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Screen has some marks but nothing that affects use. Battery's holding around 87% which is solid for a pre-owned phone. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something—I can tell it was checked properly. For the price, this beats buying new by a long shot.
Good shape, arrived next day
Ordered this on a Tuesday evening and it showed up Wednesday morning. The phone looks almost untouched—barely any scratches on the back. 128GB is plenty of space, battery health at 91%. One-year warranty gives me peace of mind. Definitely going the pre-owned route again instead of dropping $600+ new.
decent but slower than expected
Took 4 days to arrive even though BestMobileCanada advertises 24-hour delivery — that was frustrating. When it showed up, the phone itself looked great cosmetically (excellent condition confirmed), but the performance is lagging for what I do. Apps take longer to load than my friend's newer device, and the battery dips to 15% by evening with regular texting and scrolling. The 87% battery health rating was accurate enough. It's usable and the warranty is solid, but I feel like I'm constantly waiting for this thing. Decent value if you're patient with slower specs, I guess.
solid phone, minor cosmetic issue
Got this as my first pre-owned phone and was honestly nervous. Device arrived in excellent condition like they said — screen looks flawless, battery health at 89%. Only thing I noticed after a few days is a tiny scratch on the back corner that the listing photos didn't quite show clearly. Not a dealbreaker since it's cosmetic, but worth mentioning. Runs smooth, camera's decent, and the warranty peace of mind helped me take the leap. Pretty happy with the price-to-value ratio compared to buying new.
