been using it for three weeks, no issues
Showed up within 24 hours like they promised. Pulled it out and it just works. No weird quirks, no dead pixels, battery percentage looks accurate. I was nervous about buying pre-owned but this purchase has actually restored my confidence in it. Screen's bright, phone's responsive. Worth the money.
device won't turn on
Opened the box and the phone was completely dead. Tried charging for hours, nothing. The listing said excellent condition but it arrived non-functional. BestMobileCanada's return process was confusing and they kept saying they needed to inspect it themselves before honoring the warranty. Never got a replacement.
works fine but battery concerns
The phone itself runs smoothly and the screen looks decent for a fair condition unit. However, I'm getting maybe 5–6 hours of screen time, which seems lower than expected. The 32-point inspection report said 87% battery health but real-world use feels more like 70%. It's functional and the price was reasonable, just didn't quite meet my expectations on longevity.
Works great despite the marks
Was hesitant buying a "fair" condition phone but I got lucky. There are some visible marks on the casing like they said, but nothing that affects how it runs. Battery's decent, camera does what it's supposed to do. For the price I paid versus new, this was the right call.
works fine, but minor scratches
Phone does what it's supposed to do. Camera quality is decent and it's snappy enough for daily use. My only gripe is there's a couple small scratches on the back that the listing didn't really highlight — not a dealbreaker, but I wasn't expecting them. Battery holds up okay at 87%. Overall it's functional and the price was right.
battery died after 3 weeks
Arrived in fair condition as described, but the battery started dropping to 0% by midday. Tested it right away and got maybe 60% capacity instead of the listed 85%. Contacted support about the warranty and they said it needed to go back for testing — whole process took forever. Not worth the hassle.
Solid value for the money
Picked this up as an upgrade from an old Samsung and it's been exactly what I needed. Battery gets me through a full day. Screen's nice. There's a small scratch on the back but it's barely noticeable and I knew the condition going in. Arrived quickly too. No complaints here.
arrived damaged, screen flickering
Opened the box and noticed the screen was flickering right away, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. Called BestMobileCanada and they offered to send a replacement but it took another week. When the second unit finally arrived, it worked fine. Frustrating experience — the 32-point inspection clearly missed something. Device is good now but the process was annoying.
solid deal for the money
Pretty happy with this purchase. Came in fair condition with a couple of light marks on the back, which I knew going in. Battery holds up well throughout the day, screen's crisp, and the whole thing arrived in 2 days. For half the price of a new P20, I got a phone that works exactly how it should. The warranty gives peace of mind too. Would buy from them again.
Good phone, battery concerned me
Been using it for three weeks now and it's solid overall. Camera is sharp, screen looks great. My only real gripe is the battery doesn't hold a charge like the listing suggested — I'm getting maybe 60% by end of day with moderate use, not the 85% they claimed. Still works fine but feels like the inspection might've been off on that one.
