works fine but screen has issues
The phone boots up and does its job, but I've noticed the screen has some dead pixels on the left side that showed up after a week. Wasn't obvious during the inspection apparently. It's still usable and not terrible, just annoying when scrolling. For the price it's acceptable but not ideal.
arrived fast, performs as expected
got it within the 24-hour window they promise. decent battery life, screen's clean, no issues so far. it's a mid-range phone and it does mid-range things well. nothing fancy but does what you need it to.
better than expected, honestly
Picked one up last week because my old phone died suddenly. Phone showed up next day which was clutch. Condition is exactly what they described — couple tiny marks on the back but nothing that bugs me. Camera is really solid for this price point. No complaints so far.
unexpectedly great condition
Took a chance on the Fair condition listing since I didn't want to pay full price. Arrived yesterday and it actually looks way better than expected. Sure, there's some visible wear on the frame, but the screen is pristine and everything functions properly. No complaints from me — the warranty gave me peace of mind and the 24-hour delivery was clutch.
phone arrived completely dead
Recibí el teléfono y no enciende. Lo intenté con dos cargadores diferentes y nada. Llamé a BestMobileCanada y me dijeron que probablemente necesita un reset de fábrica, pero eso debería haberlo hecho durante la inspección de 32 puntos. solid phone, visible wear expected
bought this in fair condition and that's exactly what you get — minor scratches on the back and the frame shows some use. Screen works perfectly though, and performance is snappy. I knew what I was signing up for and the price reflects it. no regrets.
surprised by the condition
Bought the Fair variant expecting visible wear, but honestly it's held up better than I thought. There are some light scuffs around the edges like they said, but nothing that affects how it works. Battery's solid, everything runs smooth. Great option if you don't mind cosmetic marks and want to save some cash.
fair condition, fair price
The phone works well enough. There are visible scratches on the frame and the screen has a small mark in the corner that doesn't affect usability. Battery sits around 83% health which is acceptable. I got what I paid for — a functional device at a reasonable price, not a perfect one.
decent phone, battery depletes quickly
The device itself looks great and the screen is crisp. My main issue is the battery — it sits at around 82% health according to what I can tell, and it doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. Still works fine for daily use, just not ideal if you're away from a charger all day. The warranty is nice to have though.
solid upgrade from my old phone
was nervous buying refurbished for the first time but this has been great. screen looks sharp, phone doesn't lag, battery gets me through a full day. the 128GB is plenty of storage. for the price compared to buying new, this was definitely the right call.
