exactly what I needed
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this came well packaged and the condition matched the description. Battery's at 91%, no issues whatsoever. Compared to buying new this saves enough money that I don't mind the cosmetic wear it has. Arrived within their 24-hour window too.

64GB is enough for what I do. Device came in the original box, battery health at 91%, and the display has no scratches. The 32-point inspection must have been thorough because I can't find a single fault.

This thing looks like it barely left the box. Screen is flawless, no visible wear on the body, and it came with the original packaging still mostly intact. Battery shows 94% health which is fantastic for a used device. Compared to buying new I'm saving nearly $300 and getting something that feels brand-new. The 32-point inspection they mention actually shows — nothing was overlooked.
okay but battery is the worry
The iPad itself is fine. Build feels sturdy, screen looks decent for a fair-condition unit, and it does what I need. My main concern is the battery — they reported it at 87% health and in my first week of moderate use it seems to drain faster than I'd like. Not a dealbreaker yet but I'm watching it closely. Would've felt better if they'd replaced the battery given the condition.
device arrived completely dead
Received this yesterday and it won't power on at all. Tried charging for an hour with multiple cables. The listing said 'good condition' but made no mention of a non-functional battery. I contacted support and they're saying I need to troubleshoot before they'll honor the warranty. Very disappointed — I expected basic functionality checks before shipping.

solid iPad for the money
Was nervous about buying pre-owned, but this 256GB Air 4 looks practically new. All the ports work, speakers are loud, pencil pairs instantly. Compared to buying new, you're saving a decent chunk and getting the same performance. Been using it daily for three weeks with zero issues.
really nice, just minor cosmetic thing
Works beautifully and the performance is snappy. My only complaint is there's a small scratch on the back corner that wasn't immediately obvious in the photos, but it doesn't affect anything. Battery's at 90%, screen looks great, and the whole package arrived faster than expected. Would buy from them again.

Got what I paid for here. The screen's clean and responsive, which was my main concern, but the back has visible marks and the frame shows wear. For the price it's reasonable, and honestly I expected worse going in. Battery's holding up okay so far. Not pretty but functional, and the warranty covers me if something goes sideways.

The listing said "excellent" condition but didn't mention the battery's already down to 78%. That's not catastrophic, but it's definitely something they should've flagged upfront. Device itself looks pristine though. Wouldn't have minded paying slightly less if I'd known.
