did the job, no complaints here
Was nervous ordering pre-owned but this turned out well. The phone runs smooth, apps load fast, and the screen is still bright. There's some minor cosmetic wear but nothing structural. Battery health is decent at 84%. For what I saved compared to new, I'm happy with it.
512GB, fair shape, no issues
Ordered this knowing it had some cosmetic wear and that's exactly what showed up. Scratches on the back panel are visible but the phone operates perfectly. Came with the original box and paperwork. Battery at 86%. Honestly, better than paying full retail for something barely different.
exactly what I needed
Pretty happy with this 256GB in good condition. No surprises when it arrived—screen is clean, battery at 86%, and the device runs exactly like it should. The warranty gives me peace of mind too. It's a straightforward phone that does its job without any drama. Can't ask for much more.
basically brand new quality
showed up in a box looking untouched. tested it right away and the screen, back, everything looks pristine. 96% battery health. the 32-point inspection clearly caught any issues before it shipped. comes with all the accessories too. this is what buying refurbished should feel like.
works fine, battery is the issue
Got the 64GB model and it runs smooth, no complaints about the screen or performance. Battery only holds about 78% though, which the listing said would be 'good' condition. It's not terrible but I'm charging it twice a day now. For the price I paid it's acceptable, just not what I expected from 'good'.
256GB was the right call here
Picked this up as my first pre-owned phone purchase and was honestly surprised how solid it is. The 256GB gives me plenty of room without paying flagship prices, and the screen looks pristine — no micro-scratches or discoloration I can see. Battery's holding around 89%, which is exactly what the listing said. Showed up the next day in proper packaging with the warranty docs already printed. Not trying to oversell it, but at this price point versus buying new, the math just works.
solid phone for the price
Good condition 64GB model showed up fast. Screen is sharp, battery's holding at 84%. There's a small ding on the back corner but nothing that bothers me. For what I paid versus a new one, this was the right call.
works but battery disappointed me
The phone itself looks and feels great—no scratches, screen is clear, everything runs smoothly. But the battery health came in at 79%, which is lower than I expected for the "excellent" condition listing. It's still usable for a full day if I'm careful, but I thought I'd get something closer to 85%. The warranty helps if it degrades faster, I guess, but it wasn't what I had in mind.
exactly what I needed
Bought this 256GB in excellent condition and it arrived in two days. Screen is pristine, battery health at 92%, and the whole thing feels brand new. Saved a couple hundred compared to buying fresh from Apple. No regrets.
512GB was overkill but no regrets
Went bigger than I thought I'd need with the 512GB, but whatever. Phone is immaculate—screen pristine, no visible damage anywhere, battery at 90%. Delivery was fast. I've been using it for two weeks straight and haven't had a single hiccup. Feels weird calling a pre-owned phone this reliable, but here we are.
