Works great, looks a bit worn
Picked up the 512GB and it does everything I need. Battery's holding at 87%, no issues there. The back shows some light scuffs if you look close, but it's a used phone so I wasn't expecting it to look brand new. Performance is snappy, camera is solid. Worth the money I paid. Warranty gives me peace of mind too.
exactly what i needed
Grabbed the 128GB in excellent condition and it's been flawless for two weeks. Screen is pristine, battery sits at 92%, and it arrived the next day. For the price difference versus buying new, this was the right call.
does everything i need
Pretty happy with this purchase. The phone works as described, 256GB gives me enough room, and the screen quality is genuinely impressive even for a pre-owned unit. Battery's sitting at 90%. Only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the box came without the original charger, but that's not a big deal since I already had one.
great purchase, one small issue
Really impressed with how clean this phone is—the inspection report was accurate. Performance is snappy, screen is crisp, and it came with the original box. Only minor thing: it took four days to arrive instead of the promised 24 hours, which threw off my plans a bit. Still a solid deal for the price.
128GB was exactly what I needed
Grabbed this 128GB model and the battery health came in at 89%, which is solid for a pre-owned phone. Screen looks pristine—no scratches or marks I can see. The whole process was straightforward: ordered on a Tuesday, arrived Wednesday morning. Can't complain about that turnaround or the price compared to what these go for new.
device died within a week
Received the phone and it worked for about five days then completely stopped powering on. Contacted support about the warranty and they said it wasn't covered because they claimed I dropped it, which I didn't. That's frustrating. Paid for a warranty that doesn't seem to actually cover anything. really unhappy with how this was handled.
decent phone, but not flawless
The 128GB model works fine for my needs, but I had higher expectations given the "good" condition rating. There's a small scratch on the back I wish had been mentioned in the listing, and the charger wasn't included (though that's pretty standard now). Battery's at 83%, which is acceptable. It's a functional phone at a reasonable price, just not the pristine experience I was hoping for.
512GB fair model, worth it
Pretty happy with this purchase. Battery's at 80%, storage is plenty at 512GB, and yeah it has scratches on the frame since it's fair condition but I was expecting that. Warranty gives me a year of coverage if something breaks. Direct comparison: this cost me $280 less than the new version and does the exact same thing.
solid phone, solid deal
Ordered the 512GB in good condition and it arrived within 24 hours. The finish is pristine—really minimal wear. Battery's at 93%, screen's flawless, all the cameras work perfectly. I compared it to buying new and the price difference is huge. No regrets whatsoever. BestMobileCanada did right by me on this one.
DOA — dead on arrival
Very disappointed. Ordered the 256GB model, which was listed as excellent condition. Phone arrived completely unresponsive—wouldn't power on, wouldn't charge. Called their support and after some back-and-forth they offered a replacement, but the whole experience left a bad taste. For the price premium they charge over other used phone sellers, I expected better QC. Still waiting on the replacement.
