mint condition at half the cost
This 128GB in excellent condition basically looks brand new. Battery at 91%, screen has zero scratches, came in the original packaging. Honestly the only reason I knew it was pre-owned was the price tag. Showed up next day. Really impressed by the attention to detail in the inspection process — they caught everything and nothing was hidden. Best decision I made was buying refurbished instead of new.
Good phone, shipping took longer
The 256GB in fair condition has some visible marks on the back, but they were honest about it in the listing so no complaints there. Works great, battery's at 87%. Only thing is it took 3 days to arrive instead of the promised 24 hours. Still happy with it overall.
battery health was misleading
Listed as "excellent" 128GB but the battery came in at 81% health. That's not what I'd call excellent condition. The phone itself looks pristine, no scratches, but I feel like the condition grading didn't match the actual battery state. Would've been upfront about that before ordering.
solid phone, happy with the purchase
Got the 512GB model last week and it's been solid so far. Phone works great, no issues with the screen or anything. Battery's sitting at a decent percentage and holds a charge through my day without drama. The inspection they did shows—passed all 32 points they check. Not brand new condition but honestly you can barely tell, and it cost way less than buying it fresh from Apple. Came in under 24 hours too. Would buy from them again.
excellent condition but size is tiny
Okay so the phone itself is flawless — 128GB excellent condition, literally no marks, battery at 92%, everything pristine. my complaint isn't with BestMobileCanada, it's with me: I didn't realize how small the mini is. it's a great phone but I think I need a regular 13 instead. that's on me, not them.

recieved the 128GB in fair condition as described and there are visible scuffs on the back. That's whatever since I knew what I was buying. Main thing is the battery only hits about 79% health, which feels like it could've been mentioned more clearly in the listing. Phone itself works fine but I expected better for the warranty coverage they're advertising.
