fair price for fair shape
Picked up the 256GB in good condition and it's holding up. Some minor scratches visible but they told me upfront. Battery's at 87%, phone runs without any hiccups. Delivery was fast. The warranty was one of the reasons I went with this retailer over marketplace sellers. Good middle ground between new and super cheap.

really impressed with the condition
Ordered the 256GB excellent condition unit and when it arrived I couldn't find a scratch on it. The screen is pristine, came with the original box and cable. For the price difference versus buying new, this was the move. Been using it daily and the 32-point inspection they mention actually means something.
happy with my purchase
Been using the 256GB for three weeks now. It's in good shape like they said — couple light scratches on the back, but the screen is pretty clean. Battery's holding at 89%. Charger came with it, didn't expect that. No issues so far and the price is way better than buying new. Would buy from them again if I needed another phone.
fantastic condition, fantastic value
This thing is immaculate. Seriously, I'm struggling to find anything to complain about. The display is gorgeous, battery health is 93%, and there's zero visible wear anywhere. For half the price of new I got what feels like a brand new phone. One-year warranty made me confident pulling the trigger. They really nailed the inspection process on this one.
Works great, some cosmetic marks
Bought the 512GB in fair condition knowing it would have some visible wear. There are a couple of scuffs on the back, nothing major, and the battery's at 84% which is acceptable for pre-owned. Screen works perfectly, no dead pixels. It's a functioning phone at a fair price — I wasn't expecting museum condition.
arrived dead, won't power on
Recieved the phone on day 2 which was fast, but it won't turn on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they said to wait 48 hours but still nothing. The listing said "good condition" and I expected it to at least power up. Really frustrated because I needed this for work. The warranty doesn't seem to help if the device is DOA.
256GB fair, works great anyway
back of the phone has some scuffs from the previous owner. doesn't bother me since I use a case anyway. 256GB is plenty for what I need. delivery was quick and the 32-point inspection means nothing's gonna fail on me. solid value.
