better deal than expected
Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but needed a phone fast. The 512GB excellent condition arrived in 24 hours like they promised. No visible wear at all, battery's holding 94%, and the inspection report they included showed they actually went through the 32-point checklist instead of just saying they did. Feels like a genuine second chance device, not a refurb they just wiped. Saving almost $400 compared to new doesn't hurt either.

This 512GB came in excellent condition and I was genuinely surprised. The screen is pristine, no dents or scuffs on the sides. Arrived within 24 hours like they promised.
