works fine, charger missing
Phone itself is in good shape, no complaints about the 64GB or how it performs. Battery's at a decent 84%. My issue is it came without a charger even though I expected one included. The listing said it came with essentials but apparently that doesn't include the power cable. Still works but would've appreciated the charger.
battery died after two weeks
Ordered the 32GB in excellent condition but something's wrong with the battery. It was at 87% when it arrived, dropped to 20% after a few days of light use. Now it won't hold charge at all. Contacted support about the warranty but they said it's not covered. Frustrating because everything else looks pristine, but a phone with a dead battery isn't useful.
32GB holds everything I need
Got this 6s Plus in excellent condition and honestly wasn't expecting the screen to be so clean. The 32GB is plenty for my photos and apps. Battery's sitting at 88% which is solid for a phone this age. Arrived in two days and the warranty paperwork was all there. Good value compared to what I'd pay new.
can't beat it for the value
picked up the 32GB and honestly impressed. screen is pristine, battery at 91%, and the packaging was actually really nice for a used phone. been using it daily for two months with zero issues. compared what new 6s Plus models go for online and realized how much I saved. highly functional device that'll last me another couple years easy.
device was completely dead
Received the 64GB unit and it wouldn't power on at all. Tried everything — different chargers, left it plugged in for hours. Contacted support about the warranty and they seemed dismissive, saying it might be a SIM card issue when clearly it's a hardware problem. Very disappointed. Still waiting to hear back about a replacement or refund. Don't bother with this one.
solid second phone
picked this up as a backup and the 32GB does everything I need. screen's clean, no scratches I can see. Battery at 86% so it'll last through a day no problem. Showed up fast. Not fancy but it just works and that's what matters.
solid phone, solid deal
Was nervous about my first pre-owned phone purchase but this 16GB 6s Plus came in great shape. The inspection they did apparently caught everything — no surprises when it arrived. Still going strong after three months. For the price difference compared to new, I'm not complaining.
good condition, shipping took longer
The 16GB phone itself is in nice condition — they weren't exaggerating about the "excellent" grade. Battery health is solid at 88%. My only gripe is it took four days to arrive, not the 24 hours they promise. Still within warranty window and no defects so far, just wish delivery had been faster.
exactly what I needed for the price
Bought the 32GB from BestMobileCanada and it arrived in two days. Battery's sitting at 92%, screen looks clean, no scratches I can see. Way cheaper than buying new and the one-year warranty takes the risk out of it. Works perfectly for my needs.
