works but shows its age
Phone powers on and does what it's supposed to do, but the 'fair' condition rating is accurate — there's visible wear on the chassis and the screen has a few micro-scratches. 32GB is tight but manageable if you're careful. Battery's at 80%, which is acceptable for a device this old. It's functional and the price reflects that, but if you're picky about cosmetics you'll notice the damage. The warranty is the only reason I'd take the risk.
solid backup phone
got this as a second phone for travel and it does exactly what i need. screen's in great shape, no cracks. battery health is at 86%. the 32GB forces me to be selective with apps but that's fine for occasional use. came fast, no issues. feels like a legitimate deal compared to the price of a new one.
excellent condition, excellent value
was nervous about buying refurbished since I'd never done it before, but this 128GB arrived looking nearly mint. The screen is clean, no dead pixels, and the back has basically zero visible damage — I had to look at the condition report to believe it was pre-owned. Battery health came in at 91%, way better than I expected. Really impressed with how thorough their 32-point inspection actually is. The one-year warranty gave me peace of mind too. Compared to dropping $800+ on a brand new flagship, this felt like a no-brainer.
battery degraded faster than stated
Recieved the phone in excellent condition as described, but the battery health was already down to 78% after two weeks of light use. The listing said 85%. Pretty disappointed since that's a big factor in why I chose pre-owned over new. Contacted support and they said it's within warranty but told me I'd have to pay for the replacement myself. Not what I expected.
fair condition means fair results
I knew going in that 'fair' meant visible wear, and yep, there's some scuffs on the back and a couple small marks on the frame. Phone works though. Camera is decent, no issues with performance. The 256GB storage is nice. Battery's at 82% which is fine for me. Main complaint is the charger wasn't included — would've been a nice touch even at this price point. It functions as advertised but don't expect it to look pristine.
exactly what i needed
Bought this as a backup phone and it's been solid. The 128GB is plenty for what I use it for. Screen looks clean, no cracks or anything weird. Battery is holding up at 87%. For the price versus getting a new 7 Plus, this made way more sense. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems thorough — everything they noted checked out when it arrived.

Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada made it easy. The 128GB excellent condition unit showed up in 22 hours and looked exactly like the photos. Screen is pristine, no dings, no scratches on the back. Battery at 88%. Everything in the box was there. A year's warranty takes the risk out of it. This phone works just as well as my friend's new one and I spent way less. Can't complain.

Battery's sitting at 82% which is honest for a phone this age. The 24-hour delivery was clutch — showed up the next morning. For the price I paid versus a new one, this made way more sense for my budget.

J'ai commandé cet iPhone un peu à contrecœur — première fois que j'achète du refurb — mais je dois dire que le téléphone est vraiment en excellent état. L'écran est propre, zéro rayures visibles. La batterie affiche 89%. Pour le prix, c'est difficile à battre par rapport à un neuf. La livraison a pris 18 heures, pas de problème là. Je suis satisfait avec mon achat.
good phone, minor screen issue
Works fine overall and the price was reasonable compared to buying new. There's a small line of dead pixels on the left edge that wasn't mentioned in the listing though — nothing that affects daily use but it's there. Came with the warranty so at least I'm covered if it gets worse. Shipping took the full 24 hours but that's acceptable.
