surprisingly good condition for fair rating
Was nervous buying a 'fair' condition phone online but this 64GB XS Max showed up and it's solid. Sure, there are visible marks on the edges—that's what fair means—but the screen is sharp, battery sits at 84%, and the thing just works. Saved enough money to not sweat the cosmetic stuff.
exactly what i needed
Picked up this 256GB in good condition and it's been reliable for the past month. Screen is clean, the phone is responsive, and the 91% battery health means I'm not looking at a replacement anytime soon. There's some wear on the casing but that doesn't affect how it performs. Saved myself a lot of money going pre-owned and I'd do it again.
works fine but feels worn
The phone works, no issues with performance or software. I knew I was getting "Fair" condition, so the scuffs on the frame and back didn't surprise me too much. That said, it does look more beaten up than I expected from the photos. Battery's holding at 88%. It's functional and the warranty gives me peace of mind, but I wish I'd paid a bit less given how it looks in person.
exactly what I needed
Picked up the 64GB in good condition and it's been solid. Screen looks clean, battery's holding at 89%, and it arrived in 24 hours. Way cheaper than buying new and the 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind.
does the job, some visible wear
Bought the fair condition version so I knew there'd be marks. There's some scuffs on the back and edges but nothing deep. Works perfectly fine, battery still decent, and honestly at this price point I can't complain. The warranty is reassuring too.
decent but pricey for the condition
The phone itself is fine. Screen and body are in good shape, no complaints there. But for the 256GB excellent condition price point, I felt it was a bit steep compared to what I saw elsewhere. It works well and the warranty is legitimate, so it's not a bad buy — just could've negotiated better elsewhere.
great value, zero regrets
This is my second phone from BestMobileCanada and I'm just as happy. 512GB gives me plenty of space, the phone feels solid in hand, battery lasts all day with moderate use. Screen's sharp, no issues after a week of heavy use. Would buy from them again.
exactly what I needed
Ordered this on a Tuesday, had it Wednesday morning. The 256GB gives me plenty of space, no scratches on the screen, and the back panel is clean. The warranty paperwork was clear and the 32-point inspection they mention actually checks out — everything they said about the condition was honest. At half the price of a new one, it's a solid deal.
decent phone, sketchy description
Bought this 64GB listed as excellent condition. When it arrived, the screen had a noticeable hairline scratch I wouldn't call excellent. Battery health was 81%, lower than I'd expect for that rating. Phone works fine otherwise—no dead pixels, speakers okay. Felt misaligned between what was promised and what showed up. Not broken, just disappointed with the condition assessment.
phone works but battery worries me
The device arrived quickly and the 512GB model in good condition looks solid — no cracks, speakers work, Face ID doesn't have issues. But the battery is already at 82% health and the charge doesn't last a full day if I use it normally. It's functional and the warranty is there, but I expected better given the condition rating. It'll probably need a battery replacement soon.
