Picked up the 128GB fair variant knowing it'd have some marks, and honestly I'm satisfied. There are scuffs on the bezel like you'd expect, but the screen is totally functional and bright, battery's in decent shape. The inspection report they included was actually helpful—gave me confidence about what I was getting. Comparing it to buying new, the savings are real and it does everything I need.

Showed up fine, looked pristine actually (the 'excellent' rating was accurate on condition). But the battery is basically useless—won't hold more than 15% charge even after a full reset. Customer service said it's outside the battery degradation threshold they cover. For a pre-owned tablet this is disappointing. Still has 11 months of warranty left but they won't replace it.
