works great, no surprises
Got it Tuesday, works exactly as described. Screen condition matches the photos they posted, hasn't given me any trouble since. The fact that it came with the original charger and the box was a nice touch. For the money, this was way better than I expected from a used phone.
exactly what i needed
Bought this to replace my old phone and it arrived in two days. The 64GB is plenty, screen is crisp, and the inspection report they sent matched what I got. No hidden damage, no surprises. Warranty gives me peace of mind. This beats paying full price for a new one.
better than expected
Picked this up because I needed something reliable and didn't want to spend flagship prices. The G7 feels premium in hand, camera's sharp, and the audio through the speakers is surprisingly good. Excellent condition means it basically looks untouched. Delivery was fast too—got it within 24 hours.
arrived late, and it shows wear
Took four days instead of the promised 24 hours. When it showed up, the back casing had scratches the inspection report didn't flag clearly. Battery sits at 74%. For a phone marked "good" condition at this price point, I expected better quality control. Warranty's the only reason I'm not sending it back.
works but battery drains faster
Phone itself is fine—no issues with the display or software. My complaint is the battery percentage came in at 82%, and it does drain noticeably by evening if I use it regularly. For fair condition pricing I get it, but I was hoping for closer to 88-90%. Still usable, just not ideal if you're out all day.
impressed with the condition
Was skeptical about ordering pre-owned but this G7 looked practically untouched when it showed up. Screen's clear, phone feels snappy, and I've had zero issues in two weeks. The warranty backup is solid if anything does go wrong down the line. Can't complain for the price point.
solid phone, great price
Picked this up as my first pre-owned device and was honestly worried I'd regret it. The G7 ThinQ runs smooth, camera's legitimately impressive, and the display is crisp. Battery sits around 87% so no complaints there. Saved a good chunk compared to buying new and BestMobileCanada's 32-point inspection gives real peace of mind.
decent phone, battery drains fast
Works fine for calls and texts, screen looks great. But the battery's already at 82% health and I'm only three weeks in. For the price I paid, I expected better longevity. Still usable though.
decent phone for the money
Was nervous about first time buying pre-owned, but this arrived in reasonable shape. Got the fair condition version and honestly there's some light marks on the back, nothing deep. Runs smooth, screen looks good. The 32-point inspection they mentioned actually checks out—no surprises when it showed up.
screen is genuinely sharp
Got this in excellent condition and the display is exactly what the listing promised. Colors pop, no dead pixels I can find. Battery's at 94% which is solid for a used phone. Glad I didn't pay new phone prices for this.
