does what it should, nothing more
Screen looks fresh, battery's sitting around 87%. Phone works fine for the price but honestly I expected better performance for a flagship. Camera is decent enough. Not complaining, just not blown away.
great value for a fair condition unit
Bought it knowing it would have cosmetic wear, and honestly that's fine by me. Some minor scuffs on the back but nothing structural. The phone itself works perfectly — battery's solid, speakers are loud, the OLED screen still pops. Saved about $200 compared to buying new and I'm happy with that trade-off.
fair condition matches the price
There's definitely some wear on the back and sides — nothing unexpected given the fair rating. Recieved it in two days which was nice. Battery health at 82% so I'll probably replace it eventually. Does everything I need it to. wouldn't say it's a steal but it's reasonable.
battery died after two months
Ordered the G8 thinking I'd save money on a used phone. Device arrived in fair condition as described, but the battery started dropping to 0% by mid-afternoon within weeks. BestMobileCanada's inspection said 85% health, but it's nowhere near that now. Warranty covers it supposedly, but dealing with returns has been a hassle.
exactly what i needed, great deal
Was hesitant buying pre-owned but this G8 arrived in perfect shape. Screen is crisp, no scratches anywhere. Battery holds a solid charge all day — they weren't exaggerating the 87% health rating. Saved almost $200 compared to buying new. The 32-point inspection they mention actually matters; you can tell they went through it carefully. Fast shipping too, got it in about 24 hours. Pretty happy with this purchase.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Showed up the next day which was clutch. Phone itself is clean — barely any signs of use. The OLED screen is actually stunning compared to what I was using before. Camera quality surprised me in a good way. Battery easily gets me past noon even with heavy use. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the charger wasn't in the box, but honestly not a dealbreaker since I had one already.
works great, minor cosmetic stuff
Excellent condition as described. Display is crisp and responsive, 88% battery health is solid. Small scratch on the frame near the charging port but barely noticeable and the listing was honest about wear. Shipped within 24 hours like promised. Good warranty coverage included. Phone does everything I bought it for without any issues.
exactly what i needed
Was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time, but this G8 arrived in excellent shape. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels, battery holds a full day easy. The phone itself is two years old but honestly feels new. Paid way less than a new one and got the full year warranty backing it up. Really solid deal.
worth every penny, no regrets
This is my first time buying a pre-owned phone and I was nervous, but BestMobileCanada did it right. The G8 feels like brand new — no scratches, screen is flawless. They really do inspect these things. Battery health is legit, lasts all day with mixed use. Save yourself $300 and get this instead of the flagship new phones. The 1-year warranty is solid backup if anything happens. Already recommended it to two coworkers.
battery died within two weeks
Recieved the phone and it seemed fine at first, but the battery started draining crazy fast. Got maybe 4 hours of use before it was dead. Tried everything — factory reset, closing apps, nothing helped. The listing said 85% battery health but it felt more like 40%. Warranty claim process took forever and they kept asking for proof of how I was using it. Not worth the hassle.
