Fair condition but functionally perfect
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but the Fair condition 512GB turned out to be exactly as described. chassis has some scuffing on the corners—totally expected at this price point. Works like a dream though. battery's at 80%, screen's great, and it arrived in two days. the warranty gives me peace of mind.
1TB but battery life is disappointing
The MacBook itself looks fair condition-wise with some scratches on the bottom, which is what I expected. But the battery life is maybe 4-5 hours max, and the listing said it was in fair condition so I wasn't expecting perfection. Still works, screen is OK, but for a machine this price I hoped the battery would be stronger. It's usable but not what I was hoping for.
Fair condition MacBook, still great value
Bought this knowing it had some wear — there's visible marks on the aluminum and a small dent on the corner, but structurally it's solid. The 256GB is enough for my needs. Performance is snappy, keyboard works fine. For the price difference versus new, I'm satisfied. Delivery was fast like they promised.
Does what it says on the tin
Ordered the 512GB Good condition. Screen's bright and responsive, no keyboard issues, trackpad's snappy. Battery showing 87%. Got it the next day. minor cosmetic wear on the bottom case but nothing unexpected. solid deal compared to retail, especially with that year of coverage.
solid machine at a fair price
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this one's been rock solid. 256GB, excellent condition cosmetically, battery at 90%. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels or discoloration. They really do inspect these things properly — I can tell. Saved myself $400+ versus new and got a machine that feels like new. Can't complain.
great value for a solid workhorse
Needed something for coding and video editing without spending $2k+. The 256GB Good condition model does everything I need. Dings are minimal, trackpad is responsive, fans aren't loud even under load. Battery health 86%. Delivered fast. honestly can't complain.
handles everything i throw at it
grabbed the 512gb in good condition and it's been flawless so far. screen looks pristine, keyboard feels solid, no dead pixels. the 32-point inspection they do actually matters—you can tell they didn't just slap a sticker on it and ship it out. battery health at 88%, which is respectable for a 2019 model. feels brand new tbh.
battery died after 2 weeks
It arrived in excellent cosmetic condition and the inspection report looked good. But the battery started dropping fast — at 40% by week two. The listing said it was tested and good, so I expected better. Contacted support and the warranty process is happening now, but it's frustrating when you buy something marked 'excellent' and it fails that quickly. The device itself seems fine otherwise.
