device arrived completely dead
Ordered the 1TB good condition model and it showed up unresponsive. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't power on. Contacted support and they said it was out of warranty already (which doesn't make sense—I got a 1-year warranty). Still waiting to hear back. Very frustrating first experience with this retailer.
really happy, minor shipping delay
Got the 1TB good condition MacBook and it's been reliable so far. Battery's at 85%, no issues with performance. Only thing is it took about 3 days instead of their 24-hour promise, but once it arrived it was solid. Minor quibble for an otherwise good purchase.

Bought this 512GB fair condition MacBook and it's been solid. Yeah, there's visible wear on the aluminum—totally expected at this price point. Battery's holding up fine, keyboard works great, and the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind. For the money I saved versus buying new, I'm happy.
