reliable upgrade from my old phone
Switched from a dying 5-year-old device to this 64GB good condition E13. The difference is night and day. Everything feels snappier, battery easily gets me through a day, and the screen is bright. There are a couple minor scratches you can see if you look close but the phone came clean and well-packaged. The warranty gave me peace of mind too. Would order again if I needed another.
solid phone, battery concerns me
Was nervous about buying refurbished but the 128GB excellent arrived in great shape — screen is clean, no dings, packaging was professional. Phone runs smooth, camera is decent for casual photos. Only thing: after a month the battery seems to be dropping faster than it should. Haven't had to use the warranty yet but that's what's nagging me. Otherwise it's been reliable.
fair condition but great price
Not gonna lie, the 32GB fair phone shows its age. Has visible marks and the screen protector is scratched up (though they included a new one). Battery's at 87%, which is solid. It runs perfectly fine and I got it cheap enough that the cosmetic stuff doesn't bother me. Been using it for a month with no problems. If you care more about budget than appearance this hits different.
exactly what i needed
Needed a phone fast and didn't want to drop $600+ on new. This 128GB excellent condition Moto E13 hit the spot. Arrived within their 24-hour window. Battery lasts two days with normal use, screen is crisp, no scratches or scuffs anywhere. Runs everything I throw at it without lag. Not flashy but it just works. Great value for what I paid.
happy with it despite small issue
Picked up the 32GB good condition model and it's been solid so far. Battery holds up fine, around 90%, which is better than their listing suggested honestly. The one thing — there's a tiny hairline scratch on the back that I didn't notice in the photos before opening the box. Doesn't affect functionality at all and for the price point it's a non-issue. Otherwise no complaints, phone does what it's supposed to.

Got the 128GB Fair condition variant and found exactly what I expected — a couple small scuffs on the back and one faint mark near the bottom edge that doesn't affect anything. The listing was honest about the condition so no surprises. Battery's at a solid percentage, everything works, and honestly for the price versus buying new this is a win. Took the full 24 hours to arrive but showed up intact. Only thing: would've been nice if they included a basic charger in the box, though I had spares anyway.
does the job, shipping took longer
Recieved the 64GB good condition model but not quite within the 24-hour promise they advertise — took about 3 business days. Phone itself is nice though, looks barely used. Battery percentage is healthy, performance is snappy. There's one small scratch near the charging port that doesn't affect anything. For the price it's hard to complain, just wish shipping was faster.
works fine, storage fills up quick
was nervous about buying refurbished but this E13 came in really good shape — the 32 points inspection clearly happened. Only downside is the 32GB storage. After OS takes its chunk, you're looking at maybe 20GB usable, which fills up if you take any amount of photos or download apps. Otherwise the phone does what it needs to do. Battery's decent, screen's fine. If you're light on storage needs it's a good deal.
battery died after two weeks
Ordered the 128GB excellent condition model. Device looked pristine when it arrived, no visible damage at all. But the battery wouldn't hold a charge past 40% — kept dropping fast. Contacted support and they said it tested at 85% during their 32-point inspection. Something changed between then and when I got it. Warranty process was straightforward at least, but frustrating for a phone that was supposed to be in excellent shape.

Got the 32GB fair condition phone as a budget option. Screen has some light scratches which I expected given the listing. Battery's decent, lasts a full day if I'm careful. My main issue is the phone just feels sluggish — apps take a second to open, scrolling isn't smooth.
