First time buying a pre-owned phone and I was nervous. Got the 128GB in good condition and honestly it's been problem-free. Camera works great, software runs smooth. There's maybe a light scratch on the frame but nothing that bothers me. The one-year warranty gave me peace of mind too.
solid phone at a fair price
Picked this up about a month ago. Display is sharp, performance is snappy for everyday stuff like messaging and browsing. Only minor thing is there's a tiny mark on the back corner but honestly for the price point compared to new it's hard to complain. Battery's still healthy enough for a full day.

practically new 256gb
Honestly didn't expect the 256GB excellent variant to look this good. Zero scratches visible, all original packaging included, and it arrived within 24 hours. The inspection checklist they mention actually means something — screen is flawless, speakers crisp, no bloatware. Charging up to 92% battery right out of the box. Saved myself a couple hundred versus new and got something that might as well be.
battery worse than advertised
The 256GB came in fair condition as expected but the battery health was showing 73% when it arrived, not the 85%+ I was assuming based on the listing. Still works but I'm already noticing it doesn't last as long as my old phone. Warranty covers defects but degraded battery doesn't seem to qualify so I'm stuck with it.

The 128GB in good condition is functional, no question about that. Battery's at 79% though, which is lower than I hoped even for a pre-owned unit. Screen works fine but has some visible scuffs. It does what I need, but I feel like I'm maintaining it pretty carefully already. Not bad for the money, just not as polished as their photos suggested.

Grabbed the 256GB excellent condition and spent like ten minutes looking for defects because the listing seemed too good. Couldn't find any. Screen is perfect, battery at 91%, comes with the original box and cable. Took maybe 30 seconds to set up. If you're on the fence about pre-owned, this one might change your mind — feels like you're getting a second chance at a phone someone barely used.
