works great, looks well used
Was nervous buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada's 32-point inspection made me feel better. The phone is solid — runs smooth, camera's decent, battery's reliable. It's definitely got some scratches and scuffs that match the 'fair' rating I paid for. Don't care much because I got it for half the retail price and it does the job. Happy with this purchase.
exactly what I needed
bought this to replace my dying pixel and the edge 2022 handles everything I throw at it. screen's crisp, battery gets me through a full day easy, and the 256gb means I'm not constantly deleting photos. came in perfect condition despite being pre-owned. saves me like $400 versus buying new.
reliable performer, minor cosmetic marks
Good condition 128GB arrived fast—under 24 hours. There's a small nick on the frame but nothing major. Runs smoothly, screen's bright and responsive, battery at 90%. The one-year warranty gave me peace of mind. Good value for someone who doesn't care about flawless looks.
great condition, fast shipping
The 256GB good condition unit showed up the next morning and it's honestly in better shape than I expected. Barely any marks on it, screen's perfect, battery at 93%. Runs all my apps without stuttering. Warranty paperwork was clear. This is how buying refurbished should feel.
looks almost untouched
This excellent condition 128GB is seriously hard to tell from new. Minimal signs of use anywhere. Battery health at 94%. Came in proper packaging with all the bits. Spent way less than the retail price and got something that feels pristine. Really impressed with the quality control here.
solid mid-range option
This hits the sweet spot between cost and performance. 256gb gives me plenty of space, the display is bright and responsive, and it's noticeably faster than my old phone. Some minor cosmetic marks on the frame but nothing that affects function. Came with the warranty which was important to me. No complaints so far.
decent phone, some visible wear
Got the 128GB fair condition model. There's definitely some scuffing on the back and edges like the listing said, but it doesn't bother me. Phone works perfectly fine, battery's at 89%, screen is clean. For the price compared to buying new, I'm satisfied.
solid upgrade at a fair price
Was nervous about buying pre-owned, but this 128GB showed up in great shape. Minimal scratches, battery at 92%, and the 32-point inspection they do actually means something. Paired it with their warranty and honestly feel like I got a better deal than I would have new. Phone's been flawless for a month now.
256GB storage, worth the extra cost
Grabbed the fair condition 256GB model. Yes, there's visible wear on the chassis, but the screen is intact and the phone runs without any hiccups. 91% battery health. Double the storage of the smaller option made sense for me. Solid deal if you need the space and don't mind some battle scars.
decent phone, sketchy listing
The Motorola itself is fine. Performance is solid, doesn't lag, 128gb handles my apps without issue. But the listing said 'excellent' and I can see scratches on the screen pretty clearly under bright light. They're not terrible but they're definitely there. Feels like the inspection standards might be loose. It works but the description didn't match what arrived.
