impressed with the condition
Ordered the 128GB excellent condition and it exceeded my expectations. No visible wear, screen is crystal clear, and the device fired up without any issues. Battery health is at 93%. I was a bit nervous about the warranty coverage initially but BestMobileCanada's one-year coverage actually gave me more peace of mind than I expected. Delivery was fast too.
exactly what it said it was
Picked up the 256GB excellent condition model because I needed the storage. Device arrived in 24 hours like promised. The screen is flawless, no signs of use anywhere, and it came fully charged. Battery health is at 91%. Not exaggerating — this phone looks like it came off the shelf yesterday. At half the price of a new one, hard to complain about anything here.
smaller phone that actually works great
bought this as a compact alternative to my oversized flagship and it's exactly what i needed. the 6.28" screen is sharp, performance is snappy for everyday stuff, and the battery gets me through a full day without stress. sure, it's pre-owned and has some minor cosmetic marks on the back, but for the price i paid versus a new unit, it's solid. the 32-point inspection they did apparently caught everything worth knowing. showed up within 24 hours and the one-year warranty gives me peace of mind.
works fine but battery is mid
The phone itself is solid—no issues with performance or the display. Battery percentage was listed as 'good condition' but it dips below 80% pretty quick under normal use. Not terrible, just slower than I expected. Everything else checks out though, so it's usable if you don't mind charging more often.
surprised how good it looks
Was nervous buying refurbished for the first time but this came in perfect shape. Some light marks on the back if you really look, but honestly I'm not precious about phones. Battery's solid, screen is bright, does everything I need. Great deal compared to buying new and the one-year warranty gives me peace of mind.
battery died faster than expected
Ordered the 128GB Fair condition unit. Device arrived quickly enough, but the battery health was sitting at 78% — listing said "fair condition" but didn't specify. Phone works fine otherwise, screen has visible marks like they said, but the battery drain is noticeable after 3-4 hours. For the price I paid it's not terrible, just wish I'd known the battery would be this weak going in.
screen has dead pixels
Listed as excellent condition but there's definitely a dead pixel in the top right corner. Phone works otherwise but paying this much for a 128GB that supposedly passed 32-point inspection feels off. Should've been marked as good condition.
dead battery, won't hold charge
Got this phone and the battery was basically toast. Says it was inspected but clearly wasn't tested properly. Won't even make it through half a day. Tried the warranty and they gave me the runaround. Not worth the hassle.
better than buying new, honestly
First time I've bought refurbished and I'm kind of annoyed I didn't do this sooner. The 256GB model in excellent condition is pristine — seriously, not a mark on it. Runs smooth, camera quality is fantastic, and knowing I saved $300+ compared to retail while getting something that looks untouched feels like a win. Battery's still at 90% health too. Only reason I'm not raving more is because it's just a phone doing what phones do, nothing surprising.
decent phone, but battery drains fast
The Edge 30 Neo itself is a nice compact device—screen looks good, it's fast enough, and the design feels premium in hand. However, the battery percentage they listed was optimistic. I'm getting maybe 12-14 hours of moderate use before hitting 20%, which is below what I expected even from a pre-owned unit. The "Fair" condition rating was accurate; there are visible scratches and a small ding on the frame. It works fine and the warranty covers me for a year, but the battery situation is frustrating enough that I'm considering whether I should've just paid the extra and gone new. Decent value if you're not a heavy user.
