good phone, minor cosmetic stuff
Picked up the 128GB in good condition and yeah, there are some light scuffs on the frame you'd expect at this price point. The important stuff works flawlessly though — camera's crisp, battery lasts me a full day, no thermal issues. For what I paid, this is solid value. Not pristine but totally functional.
does the job
been using this for a couple weeks now and it's been fine. screen has a couple small marks on the bottom (which matched the "fair" description), but doesn't affect usability. battery life is decent, nothing special but not a drain. no complaints about performance so far. good deal for someone who just needs a working phone.
solid budget option
Grabbed the 64GB good condition model and it does what it's supposed to do. Few tiny marks here and there but nothing that bothers me. Screen's fine, performance is fine, battery gets me through a day. Decent value for a pre-owned phone if you're not picky about cosmetics.
exactly what i needed

dead on arrival, won't turn on
Received the phone yesterday and it won't power up at all. The listing said "excellent" condition but there's clearly something wrong internally. Tried charging for an hour, nothing. Contacted support but haven't heard back yet. Really disappointing since I was excited to switch from my old iPhone.
doesn't match the listing description
Ordered the 64GB excellent condition but there's a noticeable scratch on the back that wasn't mentioned. The phone itself works okay, no issues with performance or the display. Warranty's solid and customer service responded quickly when I flagged it. Feels like I paid a bit much for what I got though.

decent phone, battery drains faster than expected
Got the 128GB model last week and it's been solid overall. Runs everything I throw at it without lag, screen looks good. My only real complaint is the battery seems to dip below what they listed — I'm getting maybe 80% capacity instead of the stated 85%. Still works fine day-to-day, just not as long as I'd hoped.
