Fair condition, fair price, works great
Picked up the 64GB in fair condition and honestly wasn't expecting much at this price point. There's definitely some visible wear on the back and edges, but nothing that bothers me since I use a case anyway. Battery's sitting around 87%, screen's clean, and it shipped within 24 hours. For the money saved versus buying new, I'm really happy with this. The 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind too.
decent phone for the price
Grabbed the 64GB model and it's been solid so far. Battery gets me through a full day without issues, screen's clean, and the 32-point inspection thing actually seems legit. Compared to buying new this was way better value.
exceeded my expectations honestly
First time buying refurbished and I was pretty nervous. The 128GB arrived in excellent condition — no scratches I could find, packaging was tight, and the battery health is sitting at 92%. Showed up within 24 hours too. For the price difference versus a new one, this is kind of a no-brainer if you're willing to take the pre-owned route.
battery worse than advertised
The 128GB variant showed up in decent shape but the battery is the problem. The listing said 'good condition' but it drops from 100 to 20% in about 6 hours of light use. The inspection report said 82%, which feels optimistic. For the price point it's not terrible, just... frustrating when battery was supposed to be a strength.
reliable, just what i needed
Picked this up to replace a cracked phone and it's been exactly what I wanted. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels. Apps launch quickly, gaming runs smooth. Battery easily makes it through a full day. Packaging was careful, arrived within the promised 24 hours. For someone not chasing the latest features, this is a solid choice.
arrived completely dead
Device showed up non-responsive. Won't power on, won't charge, nothing. Tried troubleshooting for an hour but it's clearly a hardware issue. I contacted support and they've been evasive about the warranty claim—apparently the 128GB batch had a defect they 'weren't aware of.' Disappointing given the 32-point inspection supposedly happened.
decent phone, battery drains faster
Got the G Play and it works fine for basic stuff—calls, texts, emails. The screen looks good despite the fair condition label. Battery life though... it's at about 80% capacity according to the inspection report, and I can feel it. Still, it's half the price of a new one. Mixed feelings overall.
works great, no surprises
It's a Moto G Play. Does what it says. 64GB is enough for what I need. Screen's good, phone runs smooth. Been using it for two weeks with the warranty backing me up — feels good.
good enough for everyday use
The 128GB model arrived quicker than expected and it's in better condition than the listing suggested. A few light marks here and there but nothing deep. Phone handles everything I throw at it — apps, photos, browsing. Battery's decent. Not flashy but reliable.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this experience changed that. The 128GB model arrived in excellent condition—barely any visible marks even in direct light. Battery health is solid at 94%, and it's kept a charge for days of normal use. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something. Warranty gives real peace of mind. Great value compared to retail.
