good but charger would've been nice
Phone itself is solid. Screen and body condition match the Fair description pretty well — you can see it's been used but nothing feels fragile or wrong. Battery health is acceptable. My one gripe: no charger in the box, so I had to dig one up. Otherwise happy with it.
works fine but screen's pretty scratched
Phone does what it's supposed to do and the battery holds up. The screen has visible scratches though — listing said fair condition so I knew what I was getting, but they're more noticeable in sunlight than I expected. For the price it's acceptable.
works fine, but battery drains quick
Phone arrived in good shape like they said. Screen is clear, no dead pixels. My main issue is the battery percentage they listed (around 85%) doesn't seem accurate—I'm getting maybe 6-7 hours of heavy use before it dies. For the price I paid, I expected better longevity. Still functional and the warranty is peace of mind, but battery life is frustrating.
better than expected for the price
Bought this as a backup phone and it's been reliable. Fair condition means the back has some scuffs, but the display is sharp and responsive. Battery health is around 88%. The warranty sealed the deal — peace of mind matters when you're buying used. Arrived quickly too.
charged for three days, still acting weird
Took four days to arrive despite the 24-hour promise they advertise. When it showed up, the screen flickered on startup. Charged it overnight and it seems better now, but I'm not confident. The listing said fair condition so I wasn't expecting mint, but a flickering screen feels like something the inspection should've caught. Waiting to see if it gets worse.
fair condition, fair price, no regrets
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this took the worry out of it. Yeah, there's a small dent on the back and the screen has a couple light scratches, but the phone runs smooth and the camera's decent. You're saving enough money that the cosmetic stuff doesn't bother me. One-year warranty gives peace of mind too.
solid budget phone, no complaints
bought this as a backup phone and it's been rock solid. screen's bright even in sunlight, battery gets me through a full day easy. came in a pretty beat-up box but the phone itself is fine. at this price point it's hard to beat. no issues with the warranty process either when i had a quick question.
way better than expected
I was skeptical about the fair condition label but this arrived looking almost new except for a small mark on the frame that honestly i had to look for. everything works perfectly—camera, mic, speaker, the whole nine yards. delivery was quick and the box came sealed properly. if you're on a budget and worried about pre-owned, this retailer seems legit.
decent phone but battery worried me
Recieved it in great shape, screen looks basically new. My issue is the battery only holds 82% capacity according to the test results they sent. It's not terrible but for a phone that's supposed to last all day, I'm getting nervous by dinner time. Works fine otherwise, and the warranty is nice to have, but I expected better from the "excellent" rating.
solid budget choice
Phone does what I need it to do. Came with visible scratches and marks as advertised in the Fair condition listing, so no surprises there. Battery health is decent. Camera's not fancy but it shoots. Screen works perfectly. For the price I paid versus buying new, I'm not complaining.
