fair condition but works great
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time. Listed as fair condition, 64GB. Yeah, there's some visible marks on the back but nothing that bothers me. The phone runs smooth, battery's decent, and the price compared to buying new made it worth it. Can't really complain.
battery life is genuinely impressive
Got this phone two weeks ago and the 5000mAh battery actually holds up. I'm getting through a full day of heavy use without sweating it. The 128GB storage is plenty, screen looks crisp, and the whole package came packaged well. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call.
solid phone, solid deal
Took a chance on buying used and this is exactly what I needed. The 64GB excellent condition unit arrived in two days, battery health looks strong, no scratches or marks that I can find. Runs everything I throw at it without lag. Definitely cheaper than a new phone and feels like I got the same quality.
arrived completely dead
Ordered the 128GB excellent condition unit and it showed up with zero charge, which seemed normal at first. But it won't power on even after charging for hours. Contacted support about the warranty and got stonewalled — they said it needs to be sent back for inspection, but that defeats the purpose of buying from Canada. Really frustrated.
64GB runs out of space fast
The phone itself works fine, battery is solid, no physical issues. But 64GB fills up quick if you use the camera much. I'm constantly deleting apps and photos. Wish I'd spent the extra $20 for 128GB. Not BestMobileCanada's fault really, just should've thought that through.
no complaints here
Bought this used 64GB and honestly it feels brand new. Screen's clean, no scuffs on the frame worth mentioning, and the battery's in good shape. Fast delivery and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Would buy from BestMobileCanada again.
solid phone, solid deal
got the 128GB in good condition. phone works great, no dead pixels or weird issues. battery's at a decent percentage and the 32-point inspection clearly meant something — everything checks out. shipping was fast too. for the price versus new, this is the move.
works but feels like a compromise
Battery percentage seems accurate to what they listed (around 82–85%). Screen is fine, no major damage. But the phone itself feels kind of sluggish compared to my old one, even after a factory reset. Could be software or just the age catching up. It's functional for basic stuff, just don't expect snappy performance.
decent phone, battery could be better
Picked up the 128GB in good shape. Phone does what I need it to do — calls, texts, scrolling work fine. Screen is decent. Only thing is the battery life isn't amazing, probably around 80-85% health. Not bad for the price but I was hoping for a bit more juice.
fair condition, still impressed
Got the fair-condition 64GB and honestly it's been solid. There's definitely some cosmetic wear but the device works perfectly. Showed up within the 24-hour window. The warranty gives peace of mind for a pre-owned purchase. Worth the savings.
