solid phone, solid value
Was skeptical about buying pre-owned but the 32-point inspection report they sent gave me confidence. Phone works exactly as advertised. Screen has some light marks but nothing that bothers me during normal use. Battery's at 89%, charges fine. For the price difference versus new, I can't complain. One year warranty is reassuring.
better than expected at this price
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 256GB fair condition phone has been great. Battery health is solid, screen looks fine aside from one tiny mark I can barely see. For what I saved compared to buying new, I'm genuinely happy with it. Delivery was fast too.
solid phone, shipping took longer than expected
Phone arrived in good shape, no major complaints about the device itself. My one frustration was it took 3 days to show up when their site says 24 hours. Still works great and the price is fair, just wish the delivery matched what they promised.
completely dead on arrival
I ordered the 256GB in 'good' condition. Phone arrived and wouldn't turn on at all. Tried everything — different chargers, held the power button, nothing. Even though they offer a warranty, I shouldn't have had to deal with a DOA unit in the first place. Really frustrated.
first time buying used, no regrets
Was nervous about my first pre-owned phone purchase but this Motorola convinced me it's worth doing. Recieved in excellent condition, really impressed with how thorough the inspection process is. The 1-year warranty also helped me feel secure about the purchase. Runs smoothly and the screen is sharp.
decent, but screen could be better
Got it yesterday and it does what I need. Battery lasts all day, performance is fine for my uses. Main issue is the screen — there's some visible scratching in the lower left corner that's noticeable when the display is off. Listing said "fair condition" so I knew to expect marks, but these are deeper than I hoped. Still works, just wish they were lighter. Phone itself is solid otherwise.
works fine but battery estimate felt off
The phone itself is in excellent condition and does everything I need it to do. My only issue is they listed the battery at 87% but after a week of normal use it seems to drain faster than that suggests. Still functional and the warranty gives me some peace of mind, but the battery performance didn't quite match the listing.
good battery life, some visible wear
Got this in fair condition and honestly it looks about how I expected. There's some scuffing on the back but the screen is clean and it works perfectly. Battery's been solid through a full day of moderate use.

honestly surprised. i was prepared for a beat-up phone but this one looks way better than the "fair" label suggested. couple minor scratches on the back you'd only see in direct sunlight. screen's clean. battery at 86% so should have plenty of life left. saved like $250 vs buying new and got a phone that feels almost fresh. warranty sealed the deal for me.
battery percentage lower than listed
The listing said 85% battery health but when I checked it was closer to 72%. That's a pretty big difference for how much I paid. Phone works fine otherwise but I feel like the inspection missed something or the listing wasn't accurate. Disappointed about that.
