exactly what I needed
Picked up the 128GB good condition unit because I needed something reliable without dropping $500+. solid phone, way cheaper than retail

decent phone, but battery worried me
Ordered the 256GB fair condition model. Device arrived with visible scratches on the back like they said, but the battery percentage showed 78% which is lower than I expected for "fair." Phone works fine otherwise, stylus is responsive, screen looks decent. For the price compared to new it's still reasonable, just wish the battery health was better.
solid value, no regrets

Dead on arrival, no support
Received the phone and it won't turn on. Tried everything—charging for hours, hard reset attempts, nothing. Contacted support and they've been slow to respond. Really disappointed since I paid for the warranty and inspection. This defeats the whole point of buying from a retailer.
