good phone, shipping took longer
Phone arrived in fair condition — scratches on the case are visible but don't affect anything. Performance is solid, 512GB gives me plenty of room. My only complaint is it took 3 days to arrive when you advertise 24-hour delivery. Otherwise happy with it.
Fair condition, works perfectly fine
Got this in fair condition so I expected some marks. There's a small scratch on the back and the screen has minor wear, but nothing that bothers me day-to-day. Runs smooth, no lag, and the price was low enough that I'm not stressed about cosmetic stuff.
arrived dead, warranty useless
The phone came completely non-responsive. Tried charging it overnight, nothing. Contacted BestMobileCanada and they said they'd look into it but the back-and-forth took two weeks. By then the 30-day return window was basically gone. Don't bother with their warranty if something's actually wrong.
does exactly what I need
Bought this as a backup phone and it's been solid. The 256GB version has plenty of space, screen looks good even though it's pre-owned, and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Showed up in 24 hours which was nice. No complaints so far.
it works, but battery drains fast
The G100 arrived in excellent cosmetic condition — seriously looks brand new. Screen is spotless, no scratches anywhere. But the battery only holds about 75% capacity even though it was listed as excellent. Drains noticeably faster than I'd expect. It still works fine for daily stuff, just not what I hoped for given the condition rating.
exactly what I needed
Been using this G100 for three weeks now and it's holding up great. 128GB is plenty of space, phone feels solid in hand, and the display is crisp. Battery easily gets me through a full day of heavy use. The 32-point inspection they did actually shows — no surprises when it arrived.
impressed with the fair condition price
Was skeptical buying Fair condition but honestly it's a smart deal. Phone works perfectly, has some cosmetic scratches on the back that I genuinely don't care about. Battery sits at about 83% which is fine for me. BestMobileCanada's inspection process actually seems legit — nothing surprised me when I opened the box.
