solid phone, great value for the price
Bought this as my first pre-owned phone and was honestly nervous it'd be a mess. The 256GB version arrived in excellent condition — screen is clean, no dead pixels, battery sitting at 89% which is exactly what they said. Phone itself feels snappy, camera's decent for the price, and the 90Hz display is noticeably smoother than my old device. What got me was how thorough their inspection process actually is — you can tell they didn't just slap it in a box. The 24-hour delivery was fast too. At this price point versus buying new, it's hard to complain. Warranty gives peace of mind.

I knew going in this was listed as fair condition and there are some scuffs on the back and edges, but nothing that affects functionality. Phone runs smooth, 256GB is plenty of storage, and the battery holds up fine. At this price point I can live with cosmetic marks. One-year warranty is reassuring too.

The phone works fine, but I wasn't expecting the back to have that many scuffs even though the listing said 'fair'. Battery's only at 79%, which is lower than I hoped — they said 85% or better. Display has a small hairline scratch near the edge you notice in bright light. It still functions, charges normally, and the software runs okay, but for what I paid I feel like the "32-point inspection" could've been more honest about the cosmetic wear. Shipping took 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours. Not broken, just... underwhelming for the asking price. The warranty is there if something fails, which is something I guess.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect buying pre-owned for the first time. The device showed up quickly, looks like it's been used but nothing major. Screen has some light scratches, battery's at 84%. For what you're paying versus a new one, it's practical. Does the job.
