solid phone, solid price
Picked this up to replace my old Samsung and honestly wasn't sure about buying used. The 64GB is plenty for what I need, battery's holding up well, and it arrived in two days. No scratches worth mentioning. For the price versus what I'd pay new, this was the right call.
great value, no surprises here
This 64GB arrived in good shape — minor marks but nothing that bothered me. Everything works as described. Battery life is solid, the screen is bright, and I've had zero issues in the two weeks I've owned it. I compared the price to other retailers and BestMobileCanada came in lower. Can't ask for much more than a working phone that costs less than new.
solid phone, minor cosmetic stuff
Pretty happy with this 128GB. The 32-point inspection caught everything — there's a small scuff on the back corner that's visible in the right light, which matches the "good" rating they gave it. Performance is snappy, camera does the job. Battery seems healthy. I got it in two days which was nice. The price versus buying new made sense for me, even if it's not pristine.
does everything I need
Was nervous about the "Fair" condition label but the marks are barely noticeable on the back. 128GB means I'm not constantly deleting photos. Screen's crisp, phone runs smooth. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems real — no surprises when it showed up. Can't complain for this price.
fair condition was... optimistic
Recieved the phone in fair condition like listed, but honestly it looks worse in person than I expected. The back is pretty scuffed up, there's a dent on one edge, and the screen coating is wearing off in spots. It still functions fine, no dead pixels or anything. Just wish the photos online had been more honest about how beaten up it is. The warranty is the only reason I'm keeping it.
exceeded what I expected
Ordered the 128GB Fair condition unit and it arrived next day. Yeah, there's some wear on the back casing but nothing that bothers me — I use a case anyway. Battery percentage was solid when I checked, screen looks clean, and everything works as advertised. Warehouse inspection clearly catches the important stuff. Worth every penny saved versus retail.
works well for the price paid
was skeptical about buying pre-owned but this 64GB has been solid. Yeah, there's visible wear on the sides and the screen has a couple tiny scratches if you look close, which matches the fair condition label. Nothing affects how it works though. Battery's holding up, processor keeps pace with what I need. At this price point I can't complain. The one-year warranty helps too.
does the job, but battery's already fading
Got the 64GB in excellent condition and it looked pristine when it arrived. Screen is perfect, no marks anywhere. Problem is the battery only holds about 75% of what it should after a few charges — I'm guessing it was tested at the higher end of the range. Still works fine for a day of regular use, but I expected better from "excellent" condition. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing before you buy.
device died within a week
Ordered the 64GB fair condition model. Arrived looking as rough as promised, but I was okay with that. Three days in it just stopped turning on. Tried everything — different chargers, leaving it plugged in overnight. Nothing. Called support and got the runaround about whether it was covered under the "32-point inspection" they claim to do. Still waiting to hear back. Huge waste of time and money.
