battery drained faster than expected
Got the 256GB in good condition and it arrived quick, but the battery percentage they listed doesn't match what I'm seeing. Drains to 20% by mid-afternoon with regular use. The phone itself looks clean and functions fine, but the battery situation is frustrating for the price point.
screen has dead pixels
Ordered the 128GB good variant and the device condition matched the listing, but there are two dead pixels on the display that I didn't notice until day two. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the warranty, but they're saying pixel defects aren't covered. Wish the 32-point inspection had caught that.
works but feels like a middle ground
The 128GB unit arrived on time and the fair condition rating was accurate — visible wear on the edges, some minor scratches. Performance-wise it's decent, apps load fine, no stuttering. My main issue is the battery doesn't quite match the stated capacity; I'm getting maybe 70% of a full day. It's functional but I expected better for the warranty coverage they advertise.
excellent condition, works great
Been using this G24 for three weeks now. The phone arrived in excellent condition — barely any visible wear. Performance is snappy, the 6.5" screen is bright and responsive, and the battery easily lasts a full day with moderate use. The 32-point inspection they did shows in the quality. Great alternative to buying brand new at full price.
256GB gives me room to breathe
First time buying a pre-owned phone and I was a bit nervous, but this one arrived in good shape. The 256GB variant means I don't have to worry about storage for years. Battery health seems solid—they listed it at 87% and it's been performing as expected. The warranty made me feel better about taking the risk on a used device.
happy with this purchase
got it shipped within 24 hours like they promised. No scratches I can see, runs smoothly, 128GB gives me plenty of room for photos and apps. Would've cost way more buying new. No regrets here.
solid phone, decent price point
Picked this up instead of buying new and saved a lot. The 128GB storage is plenty for my needs, battery holds up through a full day without issue. Screen looks clean, no dead pixels. Can't complain for the price.
no complaints, does what it's supposed to
Picked up the 256GB in good condition three weeks ago. Device showed up in decent shape with minor cosmetic marks on the back — totally expected for a used phone. Runs smoothly, camera is fine, and I haven't had any software issues. It's a practical phone that works, and for what I paid, I can't really fault it.
fair condition but it works
I knew I was getting the 'fair' version so I wasn't expecting perfection. There's some light wear on the back and a small scuff on the side, but functionally it's solid. Screen works fine, processor handles everything I throw at it, and the price reflected the cosmetic condition. No surprises.
solid phone, great price point
Picked this up as my first pre-owned device and wasn't sure what to expect. Phone arrived in two days, screen looks pristine, and the 32-point inspection they mention actually checks out — no dead pixels, no weird marks on the back. Battery's holding around 88%, which is what they said. For the price compared to buying new, this is a no-brainer. Runs everything I throw at it without lag.
