phone died after two weeks
Recieved the 128GB Excellent condition unit and it seemed perfect at first—pristine screen, no scratches, looked untouched. But after 14 days it just powered down and won't turn back on. Tried charging overnight, different cables, nothing. Contacted support and the warranty process has been slow. Really disappointing since the listing said "excellent" and promised full functionality.
fair condition but still works great
The 64GB Fair variant has some visible marks on the body and a small nick on the corner, which I expected given the listing. Functionally there's nothing wrong with it—runs smooth, apps load fast, no lag. Battery percentage was 83% when it arrived. I'm using it as a travel backup phone and it's perfect for that purpose.
does the job, but battery worries me
Got the 128GB Fair condition model last week. Screen's got some light scratches like they said, doesn't really bother me. Camera's fine, phone runs apps smoothly. Only thing is the battery percentage came at 78% and it's already down to 72% after normal use for a few days. Wondering if I should've paid the extra for "Good" condition instead.
works, but feels like I overpaid
It's functional, nothing wrong with it technically. Battery's at 85%, display looks fine. But I could've bought the same phone new from another retailer for only $40 more and had a fresh unit. The "good" condition rating is accurate—just didn't feel like enough of a discount to justify pre-owned.
dead on arrival, warranty refused
Phone arrived completely unresponsive. won't turn on, no lights, nothing. contacted support and they said it might need charging but I left it plugged in for 8 hours—still dead. they refused the warranty claim saying it was physical damage (it wasn't). stuck with a $200 brick. extremely disappointed.
solid phone despite the scuffs
Knew I was getting a fair condition unit so the visible marks on the back don't bother me. Phone runs smoothly, battery lasts a reasonable amount of time. It's a no-frills device that does what it's supposed to do. For the price, I can't complain. Would've been nice if they included a case though.
fair condition, solid performer
bought this as my first refurbished phone and was nervous, but honestly it's held up great. screen has some light scratches you notice in certain angles, which matches the "fair" rating they gave it. battery at 87%, runs everything smooth. showed up in 24 hours. the warranty gives me peace of mind.
arrived with a cracked charging port
Unboxing was disappointing. The phone looks okay otherwise but the charging port is visibly damaged and loose. I contacted support but the back-and-forth has been slow. This is why I usually buy new — at least you get the full return window. The 1-year warranty doesn't help much if the charger won't stay in.
solid phone for the price point
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 128GB arrived in really good shape. Battery at 89%, screen looks clean. Switched from an older Samsung and the speed difference is noticeable. The 1-year warranty gives you peace of mind too, which made the purchase less risky. Showed up within the promised 24 hours.
reliable everyday phone
Been using this 128GB model for about two months now. It arrived in good condition with minimal wear. Battery's holding up at 87%. No crashes, no weird issues. Camera's decent, processing is quick enough. Nothing fancy but it does what I need it to do without frustration.
